Let me start by saying Ron, himself, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, direct and easy to work with. They problem is, we barely worked with him. He had us go on showings with 2 of his Co workers, both of whom no-showed us after an hour drive each way. This happened TWICE! He also referred us to a totally incompetent loan guy, Dallon Brown, who really screwed things up. I like Ron, but if he tries to push you off on anyone else in the office and use Dallon for your loan, I'd go elsewhere until he completely rethinks his "team." read more

We chose Ron as our realtor for our move to Olympia specifically because of the incredible reviews he has on this site and others. He still somehow managed to exceed all our expectations. He's direct, full-service, and super knowledgable of both the area and how to put in a competitive offer. Not to mention he's just a really easy going, friendly guy. It was nice to not feel pressured into any home, and instead to have him be straight forward with what a house needed. He made suggestions for our offer that I wouldn't have thought of, and was even kind enough to go see a couple homes with us on a holiday weekend. This was SUCH a stark contrast to Redfin, who sold our house in California, who we chose mainly because of the lower commission - never again. Wowwwww! Hands down you can't ask for someone to go above and beyond like Ron. With the help of Ron, we found a home in One day. We flew back to our current home in Colorado and let his wheels spin. Picked Ron based on his reviews and am quite happy I did so. Thanks to him I am sitting in my new house with all the features we requested. Make sure to let him know what types of houses you're looking for and what your dislikes are. He'll set you up with an MLS page so you can see the houses with your basic criteria as they come available. As listed in other reviews, he may have other realtors show you houses. But he didn't do that until we had already met. And the others (a couple) were very efficient and on time. We did the hunt from California and came in to town for the showings. That was our choice; they can do it virtually as well. But he was able to get us in with just a few days' notice. For his paperwork, we signed everything virtually. Mostly we just texted to communicate. He did let us know the score on the current housing market. Although it's not as bad as LA, he did prepare us for the worst. And even though we were pre-approved for more, he didn't try to make us max out. Would definitely recommend. read more

Believe the hype: Ron is a fantastic real estate agent! We had just a few weeks to either find a house to buy or to buy the house we were renting, and Ron was on the case from the minute we met him--he sent us dozens of property listings to look at just hours later. We moved to Olympia from another state with very few connections here and no idea where to start. I find 5 stars quite limiting in regards to Ron. I found Ron by doing some online research and found his reviews to be pretty awesome. My husband and I dealt with a realtor that just wanted to unload our home and another realtor that I felt was not experienced or dedicated to her work, so we moved on and found Ron. Ron not only went the extra mile, but went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us buy a house in Raymond that we will spend our finals days in. The sellers realtor was grossly negligent and continued to drop the ball on every task given. She never even got the key to us after it closed, and so much more. Ron drove MANY miles out of his way (multiple times) to make sure we could get in our own home. The seller breached contract by taking some appliances, Ron was to go between to resolve that issue. He made everything go smoothly and took care of us months after closing. I can't say enough nice things about him. If you don't use Ron for your Realtor, there is something seriously wrong with you, LOL. read more

If you want a realtor who will get you the house of your dreams - work with Ron.  In the super-heated housing market of 2021, Ron found a home for us that exceeded our expectations.  Several years ago, Ron had done the tedious work of "door knocking," in which he went door to door in a neighborhood, introducing himself to the homeowners. When Ron learned what we wanted in our new home, he remembered a homeowner from that door knocking experience whose home he thought we would like, and who he thought might be ready to sell.  Ron contacted the homeowner - and yes, he was ready to sell his custom built home of 30 years.  Ron suggested a price, the owner accepted it - and we bought a home which exceeded our hopes.
