He hopped out, spilled an entire soda, and said, "Don't worry, that happens." Sir. SIR. Why is that your greeting?? He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." When I asked what the problem was, he said and I quote, "Mechanic stuff." Thirty minutes later my car was making a new sound I can only describe as "haunted dishwasher screaming into the void." I asked him if that was normal and he said, "Cars make noises." Then he charged me an amount of money so offensive I think it might be a hate crime against my bank account. He drove away. My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it. Finally that morning he came by. Told us the issues and told us what parts to get. We paid him $250 to buy the parts and $200 in labor. Not only did he get junked parts but none of them were good. I asked him to at least refund us for the money we paid in the parts. So he stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. He took our car parts and sold them for cash and our car still isn't running. I left for an hour not even an hour and he called me to let me know what my diagnostic was and I told him go ahead and fix it. He and his assistant mechanic work very thorough and very adamant about doing good work even hearing him scream and holler because I didn't go anywhere and I was kept Company by his wonderful assistant Megan. Who kept me company in the office while I waited for my car because I didn't want to catch a Uber or Lyft at home I wanted to be out because I had been out for a while. They were very accommodating they had water juice soda if you needed it and I was not surprised by how good his work is he was very thorough he gave fair pricing he explained everything to me which I love and that's why I don't have a problem paying for good service. I'd already did the numbers when it came to what needed to be fixed and what might be wrong with my car and I was very satisfied with his work. I have deemed him my mechanic. So, I chose a few auto repair places to get the estimates from one was TARRACH'S! I got the first estimate and headed to Tarrachs when getting out of my car the first estimate I got fell out of my pocket when I got to the place. I proceeded to asked the person at the desk if they could look at my car for the issue that I had he said fine. I needed an estimate for repairs Let me get my mechanic. They took the car in to see the issue after waiting about 15 minutes he came back in and I asked him so what did you find? How much would it be? This is when his mechanic comes in stands behind him with this mean look on his face! I asked him if something was wrong. I said is everything OK? He said yeah I'll I'll send you the estimate on your email so I leave when I get into my car between my parking brake and my console estimated sitting there high up to let me know that they seen it. Not that it has anything to do with them, but obviously it bothered them I never received the estimate I thought to myself did he call the first mechanic. I took my car to have it done at the first mechanic and after I got done the same issue was still there now cant I prove that they talked with no without phone records but the person who fixed the car or attempted to fix the car was very distant and said I fixed it. Let me know if it's OK which it was not. I found that to be very petty and disrespectful from the person who I talk to who happened to be the owner and his mechanic to be very immature that they would care that I got another estimate from another mechanic.
