I was treated very well by Fran and Bill at the front desk but what I truly appreciated the most was being taken into the installation area and shown exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. A huge portion of the pipe was completely rotted through. After getting my estimate which was quite reasonable cuz I did do some research, I explained to Bill and Fran about my previous experience and they were completely apologetic and as gracious as Jason had been. My work took a little while but the accommodations were good. Rapco has a spacious waiting room so distancing was not an issue, a tv and plenty of magazines to keep you occupied. Very happy with my visit and plan on coming back for that Yelp check-in offer.
