Do yourself a favor, your wallet a favor, and do your guitar a favor. Pass this place up…read more My repair wasn't done properly. The same problem was there when I got the guitar home. "all guitar repair is 'not' a legitimate business. as in steve is 'not' registered…read moreor incorporated - and therefore it's illegitimate. moreover, on any and all guitars, there must be several windings of the strings on the tuning head posts. steve, has no string windings on the tuning head posts at all ? at all ? that means you are unable to tune the guitar ! due to the fact that the string(s) will be pulled right out of the tuning head post with any attempt of tuning the guitar(s). when questioned, steve indicated that, this is what is in the book ! which means that he is 'not' in fact an experienced guitar repair man. he is 'not' legit, and is 'not' to be trusted in the basic set up & repair of your guitar(s) - nor to be paid for that matter. i've been playing guitar since i was nine years old & i am fifty - eight years old now, and in all my years of going to guitar repair men, i have never experienced anything like this ? so, therefore, do 'not' go to steve at "all guitar repair" - he not worth going to all ! at all !"
