From making my appt. online to the text communication everything was great. When I arrived, I was greatly promptly by the receptionist. My eye technician was Alecia. She was the sweetest young woman ever. She was very thorough in explaining all the procedures I was going to have done. She even recommended some eye drops that were better than my current ones. Dr. Mays was equally as great. He blew my mind as he told me I sleep w/ my eyes only 3/4 off the way shut & this could be creating some dryness !! WHAT ?!?! No one has EVER told me that, including the follow up at my LASIK center. He recommended several ways for me to address this.
