I was exhibiting pain after short walks that was requiring the use of a walking cane. These were blockages that could have caused more serious issues than the pain and "hitch in my git along". When I experienced similar such issues, his testing and MRI noted a nerve issue in my lower spine that he referred to a neuro-surgeon that immediately relieved the disability and put me back to an active lifestyle. In the meantime she continues to be in constant pain. Another thing that this causes is each MRI ends up costing us another 100 dollars, because that's how most insurance companies are handling those kind of diagnostics. Patients just don't matter anymore unless it's COVID related.

Upon entering the facility, we found a relaxing environment with only a few other people waiting. There were plenty of staff on hand who were friendly and helpful. After filling out the required paperwork, we were taken right in. Doctor Line and a Physician assistant were in within 5 minutes. Dr. Line was friendly and upbeat. He suggested a cortisone shot, but we told him that my dad was also being treated for cancer and would need approval from his cancer Dr. What Dr. Line did next, I've never seen before. He asked who my dad's cancer Dr. was, he then texted her and got approval on the spot to administer the cortisone. Truly above and beyond! Thank you to the whole team. I had an appointment with Dr. Rick Seabolt and his nurse, Jamie (front desk told me that was her name) for hip stiffness. The front desk ladies were very nice when I checked in for my appointment. When Jamie came and got me to take me back she immediately said we'll take x-rays of my hips, and I was confused as to why we would jump to x-rays when I hadn't talked to her or the clinician as to why I was there. She said that was how they normally did things, and I continued asking questions because I was simply confused at what the cost would be and why x-rays were indicated. She was off-put by my questions, said I could talk to the doctor first, and put me in an exam room and left the door open. She walks off to a desk nearby next to a 2nd woman and proceeds to mock me in a cruel tone with rude gestures by saying "I refuse to take x-rays without speaking to the doctor first". I was so shocked in seeing them continue to talk horribly about me, they then both turn to look at me, see that I just saw that whole interaction, and the 2nd woman approaches immediately justifying why they do x-rays first. I said ok I was just confused and concerned with what the extra cost would be for them, and this woman became increasingly more rude and aggressive in how she was talking to me and started to talk over me (sadly, I did not get her name to mention in this review). At the end of the conversation I said ok I'll take the x-rays now before seeing the doctor, feeling completely blindsided by this horrible interaction, then Jamie came back into the room to take my history. I was so incredibly dumbfounded that this just happened and I told her I do not appreciate the aggressiveness and rudeness that just occurred. She brushed it off and left me to wait for the doctor. Dr. Seabolt was very nice and we had a brief conversation why I was there and what value x-rays would do for my visit. I mentioned to him I was confused about taking x-rays first, but did not tell him the rude interaction that just occurred. After the x-rays he gave me suggestions for 2 stretches for my hips and then I left. Overall, I will not be going back to this office. Horrible, horrible experience.

From ensuring my son had proper…read morevegetarian meals to ensuring he progressed and was able to be functional at home while continuing to heal, the staff went over and beyond in their respective positions. I only took a star off because the case manager we were assigned was not clear as to the discharged process. However once the director of the case managers was aware, he not only apologized and rectified the situation but also provided the same outstanding service we grew accustomed to from the rest of the departments. Over all a good place for our loved one to recuperate. Definitely recommend.

I have anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. I went in today to try and get my prescriptions…read morerefilled, which is a complicated situation for me personally (long story). I saw Dr. Bondalapati for maybe 10 minutes and left sobbing. With my particular situation, I was prepared for her to say no to refilling some of my controlled substances. However, she went above and beyond. Instead of just telling me no, saying that she personally didn't feel comfortable writing the scripts...she went as far as to say that NOBODY would be able to help me....can we just let that sink in, this ruined my mental state entirely. She told a person who has suicidal tendencies that NOBODY WOULD HELP THEM. THAT IS MONSTROUS. THAT IS DANGEROUS. THAT IS APPALLING. She is supposed to be a caregiver and a healer, and that is the complete opposite type of behavior. I even filled out a "questionnaire" MOMENTS before seeing her (which she clearly did not look at) in which I rated my levels of depression and anxiety. Suicidal and harmful thoughts were definitely circled on that paper. Again, I was mentally prepared to get shot down when I asked for controlled substances, that would not have ruined my entire day. Instead, this woman went out of her way to tell me, while I'm in tears, that my situation was practically hopeless and oh also..permanent. I am truly hurt and outraged by this. It has taken me 4 months to get up the courage and motivation to even make the fucking appointment (shout out to depression and anxiety), all the while having little subconscious thoughts telling me that nobody cared and the appointment would be a waste of time....typically those subconscious thoughts are not the truth. Guess that I was actually right in this case. If you have the desire to be a doctor who works in any field related to mental health, please for the love of all things holy have some FUCKING EMPATHY. I am disgusted by the lack of good judgement this woman had in this particular situation. Judge all you want when it comes to my medical record on paper, but treat me like a sensitive fucking human who is struggling deeply with their mental health. My God. The Audacity.
