Three stars because we have paid for all the additional fees from NYC Surrogate Court upfront but consequential errors have caused Counsel Chan to bill us numerous times. She has vehemently complained to us "I never heard of this bank! Is this a bank?" ergo, woman what difference does this make this business is still a bank and we need you to do your job to resolutely resolve our matters left in our hands. Counsel Chan has visited NYC Surrogate Court on our behalf numerous times for filing and attempting to seek approval from the judge which is the end result was finally achieved. She did rescued us from the rabbit hole. She has a intermittent explosive disorder wayward behavior which is a cause to be further despondent and dispirited. I am already broken amassed of profound immeasurable grief and extremely hurting so why Counsel Chan project this malice antagonistic attitude towards us? To incite aggression as clients who paid your exorbitant legal fees!! Total lack of empathy and kindness for loss of human life as Counsel Chan and her staff blatantly practice stoicism. This stoicism and aggression incite boorish wayward behavior is intolerable and cannot be sustainable for a healthy processed client relations environment. I succumb to additional trauma as a consequence from Deborah Chan, Esquire and her staff's empathy deficient for prolonged grief. I would be exuberant to witness Deborah Chan, Esquire's intermittent explosive disorder wayward behavior in-person appearance with the judge in NYC Surrogate Court!! Counsel Chan can suggest and create irrevocable and revocable trusts for assets and property who is capable to cross all "T" and dot all "i" on all legal documents. Legal representation is costly with additional fees tacked during the process, but worth the raging difficultly with utter frustration to finally obtain peace of mind. I have a predilection to attain independent legal representation for a gargantuan price rather than a cookie cutter public defender.
