The customer…read moreservice department is a joke.... in response to my recent email they said that the glass in their windows is not covered in the warranty. We built a custom home valued at over 1 million dollars about 20 years ago using Semco windows. After about 5 years the windows started to spontaneously crack in various areas of the house and in all seasons. Obviously this is a defect of some kind involving the integrity of their product. Throughout the years we have contacted their customer service department with no satisfaction. Presently we have 3 windows that are broken. It is very costly to replace them and we are not currently in a position to continue on this path. We are thinking that the seals are not sound as evidenced by 2 other reviews on their FB page indicating similar problems. It is only common sense that the history of our situation is not normal...who has 11 windows explode without explanation if they are not defective? We chose their product thinking they were of good quality and had a decent warranty. The windows were very expensive and we never expected to experience this type of failure of their product. We have owned 6 homes previously with much less expensive windows and have never heard of such an issue. BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT EVER CONSIDER USING ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY !YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED AND BROKE REPLACING THEIR DEFECTIVE WINDOWS AND DOORS. Front of house was a bit disorganized, but my dental tech was wonderful, she had a very caring nature and made a difficult situation more comfortable for me. The dentist worked quickly to assess my issue. He made a deliberate and concise treatment plan. He then worked efficiently to solve my problem. If you need a dentist that will baby you through treatment this may not be the best fit for you. If you want a straight forward, efficient experience I recommend Merrill Smiles.

The doctor was incredibly rushed and…read moredid not explain his "diagnosis" of "shadowing" which was something the hygienist hadn't even mentioned. When I asked him a question I was basically disregarded. You're basically in and out- revolving door. The setting itself is awkward. It is VERY clear they just quickly set everything up and it's an uncomfortable atmosphere. They have ZERO decorations up or on the walls. It doesn't sound weird until you experience it. The waiting room looks like you're going to the dentist in a third world country. All over there are literal holes and peeled paint where the previous people who leased the space took down their decor and it ripped away the paint leaving ripped pieces of drywall- and no one even bother to cover it up. I'm sure all the doctors are contracted out- and you can tell. On top of that all- they were so "concerned" about my "shadowing" and wanted it taken care of, but the next appointment is 6 months out.
