Big clean park. Parking was easy. Semi covered seating area with two sinks. Lots of tables around the park. Younger playground and older playground. Zip line. 3 options of swings. Restroom nearby. Large grass field. Sand volleyball area.

Cute park with a walking track and an attached trail. There are also a few athletic fields (baseball and soccer). On the weekends there are sometimes games and practice held at the park and the parking may be an issue. They also have summer concert series in this park and parking is definitely a big issue then. There is a basketball court at this park and a cute playground with play sets for younger and older kids. The playground does get pretty busy on the weekends. There are two gazebos that can be reserved and people hold birthdays there. During the week there is a lot of dog poop around and many people walk their dogs off leash on the athletic fields. So beware. I hate how the city just wants to keep building and adding to the population without regard for how crowded all the amenities are around here already.

Here on a Beautiful Thursday afternoon for a play date. There's a zip lining 4.06.23

.Our 2nd visit to this Park. Pretty big with lots of parking available. Had a play date here w one of Harpers friend/classmate. It's a beautiful park. The mom I set up the playdate with even said, it's a very nice park. Has 2 slide area. One for a Toddler. Also has a zip lining. Came here on a Beautiful Thursday afternoon. There's the main gazebo in front of the playground with a few table and benches located right in the center. With 2 sinks & counter table. The restroom isn't far also from playground. Highly recommend this park. Very clean too. 4.06.23

I've only gone to Ronald Regan Park once despite it being minutes from my house. The park has a great big grassy area which is why they use this park for concerts on Thursday nights during the summer. This park has a Children's Play Area, Lighted Football/Soccer Area, Lighted outdoor basketball court, Lighted Softball Fields, Picnic Shelters, Picnic Tables, Recreation Center, Restrooms, Trail Head, and Volleyball. It's a great park. I gave it 4 stars because of the parking situation. For a 16 acre park, the parking is limited. During the concerts at the park, the overflow parking is on Weir Canyon which is a steep hill. That's fine and dandy for me because I can walk long distances but what if you have mobility problems? Parking on a steep hill would be problematic. I think the city should provide shuttle service on concert nights. That's my 2 cents. If you have a dog, this is excellent park to bring your dog. I will be back because I love concerts in the park!!!

I walk to this park weekly and it is always pleasant. There is ample shade along a 1/5 mile loop that encircles a playground with a variety of play structures (including zip line!), basketball court, beach volleyball court, covered picnic tables, and a large central grassy area. You can also walk into the nearby trail system where you can see beautiful prickly pear cactuses. Everything is immaculately maintained. There are also 2 softball fields, water fountains for both humans and pets, doggie bags, trash cans, bathrooms, and more than 100 parking spaces. A peaceful place for picnics with family and pets, sports practice, or just a quiet stroll.

Ronald Reagan Park is a nice park with a big playground. It's very shady (in the good way -- this is Anaheim Hills after all), with lots of trees and roofed picnic benches. The playground itself is great, but skews toward the older child. There are swings, horsey rides, slides and lots of things to climb. Not too far away from the playground is a huge soccer field.

Great park!! They upgraded the playground here with more activities for older kids!! There is a spider web climber and a zip line! There's a picnic area under a shaded canopy. And ample grass area for picnics. There's a basketball court in the distance. And in the summer, they have summer concerts with cover bands.

This park was great! Something for all ages! A fun zip track my daughter could have played on forever! Fun slides and seated swings...picnic areas and plenty of places for running!

Ask the Community - Ronald Reagan Park

A lot of parks' parking lots are closed during covid, is there a parking lot for the location (and is it open at this time)? Thanks! :)

Yes, there is a large parking lot for this location open at this time!

This park is in a pretty secluded area so it is quiet and calming. The only issue I would say is limited parking. There are only 20 or so parking spots. When I went on a Sunday afternoon, the parking lot was full and there is no curbside parking on the street the park is on. If the parking lock is full, you can park maybe a 5-minute walk down the street in the neighborhoods, which is what I did. There are two other nice parks in the area -- Cedar Grove Park and Citrus Ranch Park. Go explore all three!

We were able to easily snag a table under the gazebo for some shade near the little kids playground. It's nice they had a big kids and little kids playground. Even some exercise equipment for the adults all near the restroom. Tons of grassy areas for soccer, picnics, etc. Restrooms were surprisingly clean for a park bathroom but they need to put a new faucet spout/spigot since the water dribbles out and is so close to the base that you can't even get any water. Also, please add soap. Other than that, we had no issues finding parking. We were able to hang out and grab lunch, enjoy the playground, and chill for a few hours on a Saturday morning.

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.
