Before I could even finish the receptionist cut me off and informed me "we don't diagnose over the phone". Which didn't mean anything to me since I wasn't calling to be diagnosed over the phone. At which point I told her "I'm not asking you to diagnose me, I'm asking to talk to a nurse". She proceeded to put me on hold for OVER 28min.!!!! Which is the amount of time it took me to drive over there and ask for an office manager! I was in front of them and with them on hold. The other receptionist told me she thought they were in a meeting and then went to go check. She stated they were and when I told her I'd wait she quickly stated the meeting was off site. So basically I talked to nobody and got nothing resolved. This is not the first incident with this clinic. Their front end staff is rude and they have absolutely no idea what patient care is or HIPPA policy means. I have seen them be rude to patients while I wait and talk about them when they walk away. I work for a medical facility and I would NEVER treat my patients the way they do. I kept my family there because of the convenient hours but, their lack of respect for their patients really makes me think twice about staying there. Especially after this last incident.

I asked her many questions about the many vaccines available and she shared with me her knowledge and experience. It is never easy dealing with insurance companies and the costs of medications but I always feel like she, her nurse and her office staff are working for me even when I am not in the office. I had to reschedule my appt at the last minute and her office staff were very understanding. Kay, one of the administrative people is the kindest person I have ever met working in any doctor's office.

She possesses a great balance between friendliness and seriousness (where needed). EHMG accepts most major insurance providers and they have a large, comfortable waiting room. Their staff is bilingual and can accommodate ellos que hablen espanol. The patient areas are always clean and organized. I have always been able to book appointments within 1-2 weeks notice. This clinic also offers an online patient service where you can view test results and communicate with your doctor on a non-emergency basis for general questions and requests. Parking lot is sufficient and I have never had any issues finding spots close to the entrance.

I was in and out in an hour, and that's from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. It only took that long because they ran some tests to make sure everything was okay. The office shares a space with an ob/gyn practice, so be prepared for the children running around and sometimes throwing tantrums. Not this practice's fault, but just putting that out there.
