It is so good to get to write a review about a physician on a personal level. I have been having…read moresome health issues for over a year now feeling super run down, severely fatigued, wanting to sleep all the time and a lack of desire to do anything at all, albeit work, hanging out with friends and/or going out in general. Not having a PCP and having access to a full array of physicians in the medical center, I searched for a physician who accepted my Aetna insurance and who was even in my building and found Dr. Dryden. I have to boast that this was THE BEST choice I have made regarding my general healthcare. Dr. Dryden is SO extremely personable, attentive, caring, compassionate and definitely listened to everything I had to say. She is just so down to earth and not one of those condescending physicians you find from time to time; it was like talking to a long time friend. She gave me her opinion of what was possibly causing my issues, what the options were if she was right, and sent me to get a whole plethora of lab work to check ALL of my vitamin levels, iron, etc... My lab work came back rather quickly, considering the Vit C was going to take the longest. In the end, it turns out I was almost completely out of iron and Vit D, and she let me know she was going to have me take a super high dose of Vit D weekly and about 750mg iron total a day. I inquired about an iron transfusion, and she said that is an option if the pills don't help enough. My own physician who I consult for asked who I ended up seeing; when I told him, he says, "You did great on that choice; Natalie is the best!" Was he ever right because I will go to her for all of my basic healthcare needs. Thanks to my new prescriptions, my back doesn't hurt anymore (which I found was caused by depleted levels of Vit D), and I am having a little more energy now. Do you want a great physician who is going to listen to you and not talk all over you? Call Dr. Dryden's office!

This is the only Quest we will go to. Starting with the…read morecons and the issue some one-star reviews report: yes, the parking is difficult, there is no receptionist, you can check in via the text they send if you have made an appointment online and chose updates via text. Check-in is easy if you are used to current technology. If you have difficulty with technology (signing in on a touch-screen) I recommend bringing someone with you. The pros--they have always been extra nice and helpful, gentle and patient. The atmosphere with the phlebotomists has always been cheerful. The Quest closest to our house never knows whats going on, never can figure out our insurance, has zero patience for kids and never uses butterfly needles. We drive to the Museum District location because someone recommended it and that is where we will always go. We've had a few different phlebotomists and they have all been excellent! Minus one star because it is a good point about the parking, but 20 stars for the staff!

I recommend you try any Quest but this one because if the lack of affordable parking. The garage immediately south of 1200 Binz is also a museum and zoo parking garage. I was in less than an hour. This Quest's service was fine and efficient. Lots of people in the tiny waiting room. Parking is by app with no prices listed. I had to wait for my card's app to show the cost. It's double the Med Center parking price: $28.31 for less than an hour. I'm disgusted.
