This would be as close as you can get for an authentic Northern Chinese cuisine here in Sao Paulo. I was born and raised in Northern China and knows how the noodles and should taste. They do a pretty job here bringing the flavor to South America. Here is how you know the foods are good: 1. The chef is Chinese and was seen through the glass window yelling at the kitchen staff while passionately tossing things around a bit. 2. The noodles were hand shaved, you can tell by the chewiness texture and shape of the knife mark. 3. The braised pork was almost like you would get it in China. 4. A shot of the Chinese 120 proof white liquor brings it home. However the service is a bit chaotic. The boss lady was busy at the same time very concerned about two of the Taiwanese customers that were their and their satisfaction rather than the rest of the sweaty patrons. I don't really care about the service, just hoping that two customers are personally supporting the restaurant and keep them a float. A + in my book for food.

Affordable, tasty, big portions, so make sure you have an appetite! The chefs make fresh noodles on premise. You can watch them by the kitchen window! Not a romantic date place, but I've seen couples coming back as return customers. It gets really packed by lunch time and on weekends after 8pm. Worth the experience!

Que pega? WTF? The food here is good (4.5 stars good), but when I call in to try and order they don't answer their phone.

There are staff who speaks Cantonese, a bit baffled why and quite unfortunate the other reviewer encountered that. Anyway, water costs money in Brazil so I suggest order tea instead, or you will be paying for water bottles. There's no such thing as "ice water" everywhere else except in America, so don't expect this to be a norm, and Brazil is no exception either. Note: you can request low salt/oil if you are concern the dishes might be over seasoned. We ordered a banquet set and added some extra dishes. Even though I didn't try any of it, the dishes looked legit and well cooked. My aunt and her family who are locals here are in the restaurant business and they have been patrons here for many years. My parents who are picky eaters were satisfied and praised that it was the one of the better meals they had of the week they spent in SP, and tbh, they eat primarily Chinese style meals and typically request low salt and fat, and no msg. The deep fried milk seems to be a popular dish here. My parents ordered a stir fried vermicelli to go and liked it. Their service was prompt and easy-going. No complains. Next time hopefully I will get to taste the dishes!!!

You'd think they could get better proteins for that price. The proteins are substandard, stringy and full of cartilage and connective tissue. The cuts of meat that they use require low and slow heating, but they get the rapid, high heat wok treatment instead. The worst part is they use styrofoam containers for their delivery service and they pour the dish into the styrofoam while it's boiling hot. The styrofoam melts and becomes part of your meal which is evidenced by little white dots suspended in your meal once it cools.
