I went to Ronna for my first time in 2015. I had only ever gotten one facial before Ronna and it was nice but I wasn't completely sold; especially paying the price you pay for a facial. Seeing Ronna for the first time was an awesome experience. I was a little nervous not knowing exactly what to expect but she was very welcoming, easy to talk to and overall interested in my wants/needs. She took about 10-15 minutes to get an overall idea of my daily routine, what products I use, my skin type and what my expectations were at my appointment. She had suggestions on what service she thought I needed (facial, microderm, etc.) but she wanted to get my makeup off and feel my skin before making any suggestions. Now to the nitty-gritty...once I was ready to evaluate hands-on, she suggested microdermabrasion. It was not at all what I expected and Ronna made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment by letting me know exactly what she was going to do and what it was going to feel like on my skin. I also asked her for suggestions on a facial cleanse and moisturizer and she was on it and ready with samples to try out. I cannot say enough good things about RonnaSkin. Ronna is amazing at what she does. I started to see her almost 9 months ago with awful skin. Words cannot describe how happy I am with my results from RonnaSkin. I have suffered from small bumps under my eyes, have been diagnosed by numerous dematologist as having milia or syringomas. Ronna is very good at what she does. My skin looks amazing! My husband comments on how good my skin looks and he NEVER does that! I have had several micro needling treatments with steel needles in the past and never got the results that Ronna gets with her Milagro Skin Refiner treatment which uses silicone needles. The steel needles left me swollen, bloody and very uncomfortable for three days after. When Ronna does a micro needling treatment using the silicone needles, I'm never swollen, bloody or uncomfortable. But more importantly, my skin looks better than it ever has looked.
