Unremarkable. Best I can say for it was the the food was warm. Mediocre meal. Staff unwelcoming and little rude. "Buffet" was very limited.

Instead, you found a family friendly, casual atmosphere with phenomenal food. The cut their own beef, they pick the best ingredients. The owner was working tonight and just running a tight ship. You can always tell when a business is a team, when the employees are happy. And that natural trickle down feeds the consumer. So, I was dining solo and sat at the bar. I had a lovely chat with a man next to me. Jen was my server/bartender and on top of everything! Lovely young woman for sure. And Jeff took the time to talk to us about how they are different. I really appreciated that his restaurant is approachable. I'm not even sure if that's the right word- it is fine dining food, without the financial or social glam required at other establishments. I mean- family friendly is literal. He has built a business to cater to everyone, anyone. Food- I was so impressed by everything. I ordered the filet and my sides were mac-n-cheese and mushrooms. OH MYYYYYY- Steak cooked medium rare and perfect juicy, flavorful. The mushrooms simply stunned me- I had to ask why there was a sweet taste... teriyaki sauce! I knew I tasted something sweet- it made them so extra and I already love mushrooms. The mac- it looked dry on top, it was just the baked cheese layer, under was the perfect gooey, creamy cheese your soul craves. OH- and btw, the sides were huge! I felt like I could have shared with several people. Wow wow. So much food. Reasonable prices. I had a Filet dinner, 2 amazing sides and a cocktail- $50. For that caliber of food, that is very reasonable. Tomorrow is prime rib night and I sooooooooo want to go back again! Thank you for a fabulous night- I was celebrating and your business made my day even better!

The chicken was amazing but the Mac and cheese tasted like boxed Kraft style Mac. The side salad was fresh and they're not stingy with the dressing portion. Ambiance: Pretty good, clean, no complaints. Service: Quick, fast, friendly service. Food: Waitress/bartender took our to-go order. Ordered three to-go plates, meat plus two sides. Asked her if the macaroni and cheese was worth ordering-is it homemade or like the box? She replied, "we make ours homemade, people love our homemade macaroni and cheese!" Added to our order, two of us got pulled pork, and one order for half-slab of ribs, and requested please do not put sauce on the meat; she replied that they do not cook it with the sauce on it and all meat is served dry with "homemade sauce" on the side. Fried okra as second side all three orders. Take a look at the attached photographs, definitely not homemade macaroni and cheese just looking at the pictures and tasted like Velvetta. Pulled pork - drenched in sauce that and was not good. Neither of us could eat the pulled pork; it was that bad. Don't have a picture of the ribs and those were okay, fried okra was really good. Just do not appreciate dishonesty to make a dollar. We would have still ordered from here even if they said they used box macaroni and cheese- just would have tried something else. Also, ordered fried mushrooms that were excellent, but the "homemade" ranch sauce was definitely not "homemade ". And waitress said their honey mustard was also "homemade". It definitely was not. Spent way too much money on "homemade" food we trashed and ended up having to get fast food after all.

Hubby had the spaghetti bolognese with 2 meatballs & house salad with ranch dressing. We shared the calamari appetizer. Food was delicious! I had a glass of Cab and hubby had iced tea. So good! Plenty of seating at 5:30 on a Saturday. I made a reservation through Resi, but there issues with it; no worries, we were seated right away. In the future, I will call in my reservation. My only critique would be the quality of the flatware. It was straight out of Dollar Tree quality; didn't match the ambiance of the place. I would love to see them upgrade the flatware in the future.

The restaurant features plenty of windows, a covered patio, and a spacious main dining and bar area. The vibe is very casual and chill. We had made reservations and were greeted and seated promptly by a very accommodating hostess. The menu offers a wide variety of options. We ordered Chicken Piccata and a shrimp pasta dish, both of which come with a salad. Bread with olive oil is also available upon request. While the salads were just meh, the Chicken Piccata was excellent. The shrimp dish, however, was a bit heavy on the sauce. It's a nice spot to unwind, though be prepared for longer wait times for your entrees. Our server was friendly and attentive. As we were leaving, we enjoyed the start of a two-man country band that sounded great!
