We could barely get him to pay attention and walking him was a nightmare. He stayed with Jesse for board and train for 4 weeks and came back so much better. Now we're able to go on walks comfortably and get him to settle down and really listen to us when we're giving him commands. Jesse checked in with us once a week while Yoshi was with him and sent videos and updates on Yoshis progress. We also saw updates via his IG story which was fun to watch. Once Yoshi came home, we had two training sessions with Jesse. The first one was on Yoshis first day back. We recapped everything he learned and he taught us how to properly use each command and walking etiquette. We then had a follow up session a couple of weeks later to brush up on what we learned and go over any other questions or concerns we had. When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. I reached out to her very last minute, and after explaining my situation, she was incredibly understanding and was able to accommodate us right away. After just a couple of hours of training, I learned so much about how to better understand and communicate with my dog, Orion. The difference was honestly amazing--by the end of our session, he was walking so much better and no longer constantly pulling on the leash. Raquel was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain not only what to do, but why certain techniques work. What I appreciated most was that she gave me more confidence as an owner and showed me how to continue reinforcing everything we learned at home. I already feel much less anxious taking Orion on walks and feel like I finally have the right tools to manage his behavior and reactivity. In a week, Luccas was able to calm him down when I feed him.
