I would definitely recommend this place. This place is been a savior for my dog. She did have trouble with obedience and lack of impulse control and the trainers here have helped tremendously. I later found out that this was not the 1st incident of a dog napping at their facility. I filed a police report and was interviewed by ABC News which aired around the 12th or so. So Wolfgang allowed a man on their property w/o a dog and he walked around talking to patrons and said he was a trainer. His car blocking the driveway, not questioned as to why or told to move his vehicle. My son was fooled by this man and while my son was talking to a team member of Wolfgang, the man took our dog and we have not been reunited to date. *Warning: Pictures of our dogs conditions may be uncomfortable* This training center is dangerously neglectful of boarding dogs. We took our dog for only a three day board & train and were horrified to get our dog back with two large gashes on his face, abrasions on his legs, and an infection! Immediately after picking him up we were concerned of what happened and how his training went only for the trainer to give us his food and say 'he was fine' and he 'didn't even notice' the not so fresh large gashes all over him. We called and called back to get more info on how their kennel and care conditions actually were since this place does a good job of hiding any pictures or tours. We later find out they're only taken out in the mornings for training if you pay extra for trainings then left stressed out in an outdoor kennel for the rest of the day and night. They defended their neglect that they cannot see to 'every dog' when they have a 'large volume' of other dogs. Our dog was lucky to be taken to the vet in time to treat his infections, fever and rapid weight loss from the horrible conditions and stress he was put under. We feel horrible to have left him here, and wish we did our research beforehand. read more

I've been receiving training from this facility for almost two years now. It is nothing short of exceptional. I first received my cane corso, Leo, when he was 8 months old. I couldn't get him to go to the bathroom outside, I couldn't leave him for 5 minutes without him going insane. He would go to the bathroom in his crate, and bark at everything. I honestly didn't think it was going to work out. I brought him to Wolfgang after a celebrity trainer out of Texas who was 4x the price said he couldn't train him. Not only did he say he couldn't train him , but that Leo would never be able to be protection trained, and wasn't capable becoming obedient...... Wolfgang immediately was able to read Leo and seemed to have a solid connection with him. I left him for the 5 week in-kennel training. After 5 weeks they called me to tell me it would be a few extra weeks. Whatever they did in that time was nothing short of a miracle. The dog I was given back was obedient, he only poops outside once a day, he pees on command. He listened to commands. I could not believe what I was seeing. We started the group classes afterwards, and Leo progressed nicely. I have nothing but nice things to say about the trainers who run the classes. You can't expect your dog to listen to you without putting in the work. These men and woman teach you how to train, and keep your dogs trained. Within 2-3 months of dropping him off we were doing advanced protection training, and he was obedient off leash. 2 years later he is a very very good boy who keeps my house, and his 2 feline siblings safe. read more

I have had many dogs before her that I had no trouble training, but my current one has a strong will and an alpha attitude. My dog was gone for 4 weeks and I was called to pick her up she could barley walk. She had saliva running down her face and didn't seem to want to move. Her body was skinny, she went from 90 pounds to only being 62 she was sick and looked like she was dying. she had bloody poop and had many infections she was scared.The lady told us that my dog was sick for only a two days but it is not possible.She is malnourished.Please read all the one star reviews for your dogs safety. This will be important to read if you consider going here. If you love your dog don't bring them here. This was a really disappointing and unexpected experience. My dog was with them for about 6 weeks I paid $3500 for obedience and protection training. They told me Protection would need an "evaluation" to see if my dog was qualified but Wolfgang took one look at my dog and said "he's an old style German Shepard he will be perfect for it" but when I got my dog after 6 weeks he had absolutely no protection commands. They claimed he was part husky to explain away his difficulty which was a really weird made up excuse that contradicted what they said before. They also blamed him hanging hormones because he is an 11 month old. Sorry excuses. They also said he didn't bite hard enough. Yet another excuse added to the list. If they told me earlier I would have never paid this amount. The level of training my dog got was LESS than my aunts husky got for $500 at Petsmart. They said he was crate trained but on his second day home he literally broke his crate from the inside and got out and destroyed my grandmas kitchen. That is not how a trained dog acts. He was aggressive when he came home when he never once showed aggression before I took him here. He snapped at my grandma twice his first day home. He now sees everyone as a threat. This led me to believe they abuse the dogs and put fear in them to make them aggressive. I saw negative reviews but I didn't think much of it every business will have a few bad reviews but hopefully whoever sees this will learn from my mistake. I told them my dog had absolutely no obedience and they chose to insult me and call me a "bad person" because I asked for a partial refund because I will now have to pay a real trainer to help undo their damage to my dog. I lost 6 weeks with my dog just so they could ruin him. They did absolutely nothing to make it better. They offered to come to my home for a couple more sessions knowing I was moving and had no time for that. If 6 weeks did nothing I didn't see what a couple more hours would do to fix everything. I paid $3500 and didn't get what I paid for. They didn't come through on their end of the business and now I'm scammed out of $3500. They won't even let you see where they keep the dogs. Big red flag I should have paid attention to. They will not keep you updated. They will not inform you if your dog isn't doing well. For $3500 I expect them to be able to handle even the most difficult dogs but clearly they aren't that skilled. A truly good business would have done whatever they could to make it right knowing I will have to find a better trainer they still chose to keep my entire $3500 even tho my dog did not get any protection commands as agreed upon when I paid. If you love your dog and you don't want to waste thousands go somewhere else trust me. Learn from my mistake don't make the mistake yourself please. They were nice at first don't be fooled by it please. They changed so fast the second I told them how bad my dog was after being with them. They are scammers, nothing more. read more

Today was our 4th session here. Our German Shepard, Bella is 11 months old & has progressed so much with just these 4 sessions. The trainers, Hector & Steven are AMAZING. They take the time to really focus on beginner dogs. Bella is in the obedient & protection class. The obedient class consists of 1hr of practicing walking with commands. Horrible experience. I went a visited multiple times to meet with their trainers. I have a 4 month old Doberman that is currently having it's ears posted. I asked every time I visited if they'd be willing to post the ears or had someone capable because i was bringing him in for a month long board and train. The trainer said yes. The day I bring him in I find out that trainer quit or no longer works there, and Leticia, says they can't post my dogs ears. No problem, I said I appreciate the honesty but can I get my security deposit back so I can use it at another facility to pay for the board and train because the ability to post ears was a mandatory thing for me. She said we don't do refunds. LOL. I told her that her trainer promised me one thing and quit and now you can't do it, it's only fair that I get my deposit back. She has the audacity to say I wasn't there for that convo so nothing I can do. Keep the $500. Joke of a business. They don't have any experienced trainers at this facility. Their lead trainer (not the owner) had only 1 year of experience and he quit. The owner is never here and is at the other facility. We brought our (then 11 month old) cane Corso puppy, Ziggy, to the four week boarding class. He was a very anxious bug, didn't trust people or other animals much at all. (Our fault for not socializing him as we should have.) when he arrived, he was very confused, missed his home for sure. But after about a week and a half, he started warming up to the staff members, and by the time we brought him home, he was a totally confident young pup, with a new sense of adventure. Ziggy is doing great, with both people and other animals. His trainer, Jamie, worked with him extensively, as well as afew other employees, to really get ziggy out of his shell. He now listens very attentively, behaves himself, and no longer has the anxieties he once had. My wife and I are so grateful for the love, support, and care for our dog, and our family. I brought my dog Cleo to Wolfgang Dog Training about 5 weeks ago because she was a 5 month old Belgian Malinois mix that was very energetic and that energy was becoming a little frustrating to get under control. I have a one-year-old boxer his name is Leo, he is very stubborn. I stop by and Wolfgang one day, the staff was very friendly and the environment was clean. I decided to purchase the obedience class that comes with the introduction to protection. The instructors are very straightforward they teach sit, stay, heel and down. Leo used to pull me on walks and tried to sniff other dogs. Now, he walks next to me and sits when I stop. He waits for a release to play with other dogs. People complement Leo on how well behave he is. Leo is much more calmer and I am much more confident in the dog I have. Our Doberman puppy, Kora, completed the in-kennel training and we could not be happier. Kora is so much better with obedience now and walking her is fun! Our issue with her was that she did not trust people (strangers) and barked at them all the time. Now she is much more confident and we can walk her without worry.
