Pearl Marie has been an incredible blessing to our family. She brings such beauty, gentleness, and warmth to our home. I even had her blessed by a Catholic priest in the Traditional Latin Rite because she is such a cherished member of our family. My only disappointment involved the breeding rights fee. I paid an additional $900 for the option to breed her, but ultimately decided to have her spayed at one year of age instead. Because of the contract, Johnny was unable to provide any refund. While I understand that he honored the agreement, I do wish the policy had allowed for at least a partial reimbursement when breeding rights ultimately go unused. As someone with a limited income during the summer months, even a partial refund would have made a meaningful difference. In fact, I had been planning to purchase a second Ragdoll from Johnny, but I ultimately decided not to because of this policy. Had the breeding rights fee been handled differently, I likely would have returned for another kitten. Aside from that concern, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I would gladly update this review to reflect an even stronger recommendation if the breeding rights policy were ever reconsidered.

Since we didn't know he is doing business behind Valerie's back we placed a deposit for 2 kittens. We were promised that by 8/20/19 we can see the kittens and by 8/27/19 we can take them home. However, none of the his promises were true. On 8/20 when we asked to see kittens, we were told that kittens are in NY, NY (he never said anything about New York before) and there is no camera to even take a pictures...??? Guy assured us that kittens will be in Los Angeles on 8/30/19, he personally will pickup our kittens from LAX and deliver to our house. Guess what... it never happened, instead, after i called him several times that day, he said that kittens we detained by US Custom (I didnt know domestic flights from NY are subjects for custom clearing). At this point we realized that he was lying all these times and we demanded our deposit back. I post all this on Valerie's Yelp page just because I want to make sure everyone does their research first and buy their furry friends from Valerie, not some pathological lair.

At the time of purchase, no contract was shown, no agreement box was provided, and nothing was presented for me to acknowledge or sign. I also did not receive a veterinary health certificate or proof that a licensed veterinarian examined the kitten before I bought him. All vaccinations and deworming were done by the breeder herself, not a licensed vet. Within 24 hours of bringing my kitten home, he became sick and required urgent veterinary care. He was diagnosed with a parasitic condition--something that does not develop overnight. In my experience, this indicates the issue was preexisting before I purchased him. To be clear: I was not asking for my money back for the kitten, nor did I want a replacement. I only requested reimbursement for the medical bills I incurred due to a condition that existed before the sale. When I informed the breeder, she denied responsibility despite providing no contract, no upfront health documentation, and despite her own policy stating that kittens are sold healthy "to the best of her knowledge." She later sent me a "health certificate," and I initially believed it was a full medical update from a veterinarian who had examined my kitten. Instead, it was a blank certificate with only the vaccinations she performed herself -- not a record from any licensed veterinary professional. She offered only partial reimbursement, even though the condition clearly existed prior to purchase. Based on my experience, I do not feel this breeder operates transparently or professionally. Due to the lack of proper veterinary documentation at the time of sale, the misleading "health certificate," and the refusal to take responsibility, I am pursuing legal action. I'm sharing my experience so future buyers can make informed decisions and hopefully avoid the stress, financial loss, and emotional hardship I went through.

I have been using her services for just under 2 years now. My 13-year old dog Terra was paralyzed in 3 legs 2 years ago from IVDD. The VCA said she may never be able to walk again (they recommended a very aggressive surgery but I declined to take a more holistic approach first). After a few months of massage therapy alongside rehabilitation (highly recommend Zen Den Animal Wellness), my dog Terra did not only walk but would run and jump! It was a miracle! Not only is Pam incredibly gifted, she is very kind, gracious and reasonably priced (packages may be different from time of this posting, but it's about $60 for an hour session/$40 for 30 min session). For this fee she also makes a house visit and brings all equipment with her. Considering I would have paid $12k for surgery (plus pain and suffering of my dog) and instead opted into her services was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my baby girl Terra.
