Some of the features like lane departure is always on regardless of whether you put it on or turn it off. I was a Ford factory trained tech for 15 years and there was never anything I turned back to a customer without road testing to confirm everything I worked to repair was functioning properly. I still work in the repair and maintenance industry but I get it. Conscientious, caring and competent people are hard to find and keep when you consider these companies want to pay nearly the same wages they were paying 30 years or longer ago but expect to get well trained who take pride in their work and actually get paid what they are worth. It seems these days many places with whom I do business with and pay way way more than I used to for services I expect to be done expertly fall far below even my lowest expectations. This is just one more example of that which has caused me to become somewhat jaded. It's too late to apologize the damage has been done and our personal time is more valuable than an offer to make it right after the fact. Sorry. You have one chance to make a good first impression and sadly you have failed this time. I'm sure it's not the only time. And that's too bad. I gave them two stars only because it seems they didn't break anything else or scratch the car while they had it.

My initial plan was to match the rear windows, but after checking the Tennessee tint laws and talking to the people at Tintco, I wanted to stay legal so went a bit lower tint. I had made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they immediately took my vehicle in and I had it back in less than an hour. Although they said the windows may be a bit hazy as the tint dries, I could not find anything, even any tiny bubbles. One really nice touch is they placed a sticker over the power window switches to make sure I didn't accidently lower them before the recommended drying time. Not only did I get everything I was looking for, they did it in a short time and the result is indistinguishable from the factory rear tint.

Liz remembered me and quickly confirmed appt. as requested. On appt. day, dropped of the car shortly before 10am. I had the option to wait but decided to run a few local errands with a friend. Approximately 46 minutes later, Liz called and advised the job was done. When I inspected the tint, I saw absolutely zero problems, the tint was done perfectly, and the product was of the highest quality. When paying the bill, Liz surprised me with their Veteran discount! Unfortunately, I now have my own experience to add which left my car permanently damaged. First of all, even without the damage, this was not a proper detail. Dirt and grime were left on the wheels, water spots covered the exterior, and residue and dirt remained on interior surfaces including the center console and dashboard. In some areas the car looked worse than when I dropped it off. They also left a sticky residue on the inside of the windshield and the rearview mirror that multiple solvents could not remove that is clearly permanent now, and they severely damaged the chrome trim on the steering wheel. I pointed these issues out immediately while still at the shop. The owner and another person spent about 20 minutes trying to clean the glass (including isopropyl alcohol) and failed. They claimed the chrome damage was pre-existing and only offered a partial refund for the exterior work only, which I still have not received. I later spent several hours trying to remove it myself without success. I requested a full refund that same night so I could pay someone else to have the damage fixed, they refused and insisted everything was already there. They will not own up to their mistakes. Between the incomplete work and the refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone for any service. They clearly don't know what they're doing, unprofessional, and dishonest.
