Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. I had my two young sons with me (maybe that's why he steered me toward a commercial machine!) and he was terrific with them - also gave them a sucker. They loved trying the vacuum on all the carpet samples in the store. There is a large selection of new and refurbished machines. The one I ended up purchasing was actually a pretty inexpensive model - he didn't push me into something I didn't need. There is a one year warranty on the new model I purchased.
