They called and told me they were 10 minutes away, I appreciated the heads up on when they'd arrive. The two workers were polite and tidy. They let me know what was going on and got it fixed fast. They did a last check and weren't satisfied with what they found. They stayed till it was right. I complimented the workers on ensuring the job was done right. The guy said "we wouldn't leave till we know it's right." That might seem to make sense, but I've had workers "fix" something, only to find it wasn't really fixed. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me.
