The guy said "we wouldn't leave till we know it's right." That might seem to make sense, but I've had workers "fix" something, only to find it wasn't really fixed. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me.
