Went in backroom to get it. ( Firearm I ordered extremely hard to find, & if you do it is almost double the MSRP price, (Henry - Mares Leg 22 Mag.) Chayse brings the box out and rips the box to get it open? proceeds to take it out of the box and walk's it over to another employee he is holding in one hand waiving it and put it on his shoulder. I answered his question before the employee could, he walked back and I told him to put it back in the box!! All the info he needed was on the sellers sheet in front of him. He than decides to but it up to see how hard it would be to aim at something with one hand. Chayse was extremely Cocky and my impression was a know it all. If that gun would have been damaged, Dutch's would have been buying it. That place really needs to get it's act together. No Reason to ever, ever take a gun out of the box and touching it or waving it around. I will not ever be going back. The process of picking out the carpet and getting things initially set up was great. The people…read morethat came to install the carpet did a great job. The problem came with the set up timing of installation and final communication with the sales person. We ended up have to take three days off of work. The first date that was set, we got a call the morning of that they couldn't find the carpet. The second day scheduled, they only had one carpet (we had two rooms planned) and didn't tell us right away. The initial discount we were given was 3%. I called to see if there was anything they could do since we had to take 2 additional days off work. Didn't hear back so called again after a week and was told by the sales person they forgot to call me back and they sent a new invoice with an additional $60 off. That is still less than 6% of our total bill. When I brought that up over the phone, I was told there was nothing they could do since the carpet was back ordered. I explained there was something they could do - check the inventory and communicate with the client sooner. The salesperson then proceeded to talk over me. I told him I would not be recommending this store.

During the appraisal, several cards were misquoted--PSA 10 listed as a 9 value, holos marked as non-holo, near mint cards priced as played. I caught these errors, and while they were corrected, I felt concerned for a less attentive customer or kid that trusts their local card store to have the necessary know-how to accurately price cards and gets undercut. When I was given a final offer, I accepted under the impression it reflected 80% of their own stated value. I later did the math and saw it was actually 72%. I messaged the owner, who said he "wasn't sure what happened" but offered $20 to make it right. When I asked for the full difference, the response turned curt--he emphasized the deal was done and he'd prefer not to renegotiate. I appreciated being able to pick up any cards they didn't want to purchase at 80% (which turned out to be over half the accepted cards), but even then, I was passive-aggressively reminded that I'd "already accepted a deal." Both owners came off as dismissive and deflective, which made the whole thing feel less like a misunderstanding and more like a tactic. Writing this disappoints me. I bought cards on my first visit and wanted to support the shop long-term. But the experience was too awkward, and I won't be returning.

Thought it was the trickle charger and bought a new one. Checked all connections again and still had problems. The Harley sat for less than a month and the battery was dead. It was one week after the 1 year warranty. I called Open Road about it. They said they could test the battery to see if it was the battery. My husband said it was the battery. He has been driving Harleys for 40 years this year. He also was a Harley tech for 25 years. The battery wouldn't hold a charge. I asked if we could have some credit towards a new battery. The manager said NO. It was after the warranty period. I called Milwaukee Harley and they said bring the bad battery in and will give us money off a new battery. We had heard horror stories about Open Road Harley dealership. We even saw people write signs on the back of their vehicles about mechanics working on bikes. Now we know they were true. We will drive down an hour to Milwaukee Harley where they appreciate their customers. We have already told 8 people about this bad Harley dealership so they lost their business also. We will tell everyone not to go there because they don't back what they sell.
