We chose Eric…read moreover a reputable "Tiny Home" builder when he promised a 30 to 45 day delivery for our 86 year old mother's home. Due to health issues, we needed a home quickly. The home took three months to complete. Admittedly, there was considerable rain during this time, but not enough to double the time frame. The paint was not the color she requested, nor was the carpet. Upon initial move in last August, the kitchen subfloor had shifted and created lumps in the vinyl. Eric promised he would reassess in 6 months in case there was more movement, but has not contacted us to come out. He would not require contractors to wear protection over their shoes, so they tracked in dirt, debris, and left paint on the carpet. There has been an army of different insects and spiders invading the home-Eric wouldn't come out to check for intrusion issues. He just said he had a friend experiencing the same problem. The two other homes on this property do NOT have this issue so there are definitely gaps somewhere. The floor is freezing, even through the carpet, so there is NO insulation under the home. The mini splits must be the cheapest available as they are so loud, it sounds like a plane overhead. The water heater developed a leak, but he would not come out so my nephew had to make the repair. The caulk has split in every seam of the right side of the home after just a few months. He said he would come out, but has not. He said he would include a cabinet over the refrigerator, he did not. He said he would install a shelf in the bathroom to make a narrow area near the shower usable - he did not. He said he would give a price on a shelf behind the barn door - he did not. He said he would give us a price on having the skirting done - he did not. Almost no follow through since the home was delivered - beyond disappointing.
