After 5 or 6 weeks someone showed up to look at what we needed but she really didn't know and said I needed to talk to a different person. She said she would have that person call me and left. After a week I contacted her again asking if they were going to get back to me and she said she forgot but she would tell him to call. Never did get a call. What a bunch of jokers. Huge waste of time.

They all, with one exception, assured me that they would look at the job "next week". Of course, I'm still waiting for those roofers. The exception was A2Z Roofing, who looked at the job the same week and provided a written estimate the next week. To help us decide, they provided pictures of the shingles as well as the manufacturer so we were able to see the colour and quality of their work. Within a week of accepting the estimate, A2Z finished the job and cleaned up in an afternoon. They gave plenty of warning so we could get the car out of the garage. They even cleaned inside the garage to ensure that there weren't any nails for my tires to roll over when I put my car back in the garage. I appreciate A2Z responding when others didn't and I appreciated the personal care they gave us on our small renovation.
