I've been calling since Jan. 2024 with water coming down wall where chimney is, staining wall in living room. I've made appointments, spoke with Chris in Feb., now its March. I received no courtesy call changing the day and keeping me posted. I'm taking a star off for their scheduling issues. Anthony gets 5 stars. They are lucky they have a knowledgeable worker. Today ( July 5, 2021) Bob's crew installed the new roof in one day. The other roofs were removed and cleanup was fine. A good roofing company can be hard to find, though the other two companies that gave us bids seemed fine. But Bob did something extremely rare. His company called and told us most of the plywood we had was still good. Our final bill was $2500 less than the original estimate. Bob could have taken the new plywood back, charged me for it, and I would never have known the difference. Instead he displayed the highest level of integrity, so I recommend him as highly as possible.

Just a never ending experience with this company. Got quote on March 5th 2024 and work was done on…read moreApril 26th. They did not do everything promised. The roof shingles themselves are fine but all of the trim work was a mess. Also there were numerous black marks all over the front and back of the house and also on the window glass. So I waited another month for them to come out and fix it. David had come out and took pictures of the issues, but when the workers came they had no idea what they were fixing. They drove away after an hour and I had to call back to have them finish. Also instead of fixing a shingle issue on a corner of the house (which was promised by David) they just painted over it thinking I wouldn't notice. So at this point of 3 months of hassle dealing with them, I guess I'll fix it myself. Another thing, they have left a large metal sign in front of my house for two months. I took it out and told them if they didn't come and get it I'm throwing it out. So it's June 5th and the sign is still here. This company just tells you what you want to hear, also charges you at least a third more then other estimates I received. I made a mistake I guess trusting the owner David. I haven't heard from him of course.
