There was never any pressure to sell us anything. They came out and inspected the roof, told us exactly what had to be done. After that he told us that an estimate would be emailed to me. The email arrived the next day with the estimate. Also they stated that if we choose them, to reach out and they would started the process and have us a new roof within 2 weeks (usually). During the process they kept us updated of things. I contacted them at the end of the day, Friday before July 4th. She was off July 4th week. and would respond back the following Monday with a date. The Thursday of that week, we had our roof. They took their time to do it right. They didn't throw it on in 4 hours like some places. They did an excellent job cleaning up and they were respectful of our property. The young lady in charge of the crew, told me she thought for sure that we would have to replace plywood before they could install the materials. Honestly we did too. They had the opportunity to Jack up the price and did not. In todays world, that is unheard of. We will be getting gutters from them at a later date. S&S Roofing Thank You you all!

First off he was very nice and compassionate to my mom. He fixed something someone else had done. We agreed her gutters need love so he took care of that too. he did more work by trimming tree branches, replacing insulation, and stapling wires up under her house. I didn't have to do a thing! We were able to have our roof done a week earlier than anticipated. It took just over two days for our roof to be finished, but it was over three days due to weather conditions. Make sure to over items in your attic or clear it out. We had a lot of wooden debris to deal with afterwards. We also realized, due to an unrelated incident, that a vent pipe in our attic had become dislodged. Be sure to check on these things upon completion, just in case! Check and recheck and recheck your driveway for nails! Chase is wonderful to work with. My roof less than 2 years later is about to fall in on itself. I'm extremely unpleased with the quality of the Job. I had to reach out to them 5-6 times over getting a drip edge put on. After the job was "finished". Would not recommend to anyone for anything.
