So much so that I took the time to drive to this residence in hopes of obtaining a business card. Once I finally met with Juan (owner) and talked to him about my plans and concerns with regards to the installation of a new roof, I knew that we had found the right company. Juan was friendly, articulate, professional, honest, knowledgeable and best of all - not a pushy salesman. Upon inspection of our roof, he took notes, photos and explained the entire re-roof process, as well as answered patiently every question that both me and my husband had. I loved that he worked with us on our schedule and was always easy to reach by phone. On the first day of install, his Supervisor Edgar and crew arrived well before start time and worked throughout the entire day not missing a beat. Best of all they cleaned up every bit of mess after each work day was complete. I was so impressed and relieved that these guys treated my property as their own. Called them and they responded promptly to repair which I assumed was free but after the repair they charged me over $300 stating it was a flashing leak. So I paid them. On Christmas eve 2025 it leaked again in the same 2 places they had repaired in January causing the same interior damage again, I called and Eugene said they would be out 12/26/25 to take care of it. They never showed up and never called I attempted to call but got no answer. I guess once they have lots of your money you are of no priority to them. Don't trust them. I ended up having it repaired by others.
