Says he spent 26.5 hours on this subdivision. I asked him repeatedly how much this was going to cost. He refused to even give a ballpark estimate. DO NOT USE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I am on disability and in a wheel chair. I told him I'd pay him as I could. I've given him 2k of the ripoff bill. He's sending nasty letters to my elderly mother threatening to add back the $300 "courtesy discout" he took off the bill. ​​​​​
