While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.

They have a large selection of high quality carpet and flooring. Jim measured and a week later, the carpets were installed by Jimmy and Diego. they were extremely professional and neat. They did phenomenal work laying the padding and stretching the carpet to absolute perfection. I asked Jimmy if he could put padding in the closets. Yeah, it's an odd request but he did it which we appreciate. We got the denser 8 lb padding (Spillguard Carpet Cushion by Carpenter) because - from the website: "the 7/16" thick, 8 lb density pads offer a great balance of comfort, carpet longevity, and spill protection." Feels like walking on comfy plushness. Got the color "Chill In The Air". It's a cool combination of tones, like a greige or grey beige. It kind of looks like sand. For reference- the paint color on the wall is Sherwin Williams Embellished Blue which is more of a cool minty green blue tone. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Pat's Carpet- they always do great work whether it's carpeting or flooring. They have a great selection and everyone is professional and awesome to work with.

ANYTHING that was HIDDEN from home inspection by Sheetrock has to be redone. The pipes froze on the first cold day. After pulling out walls, ZERO INSULATION on pipes and ZERO on outer walls. Ice cold air blows in constantly. Open vents from the pipes left UNVENTED in closed up crawl space vented the noxious, dangerous gases into my home and made my home unlivable. Get a cesspool inspection too as mine collapsed into a huge sinkhole Christmas Day. After paying THOUSANDS for a new cesspool, and thousands to insulate and thousands to redo ALL the downstairs Sheetrock, I am an in for over 25 THOUSAND ALREADY to fix the INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL work this woman did. Our first kitchen set was from them and I was short two chairs from the set I bought for a moving in party. David and his Dad went upstate to get me the two chairs so I would have them in time. I remember saying wow what great and I have never for got what they did for me. That was 22 years ago. My second set I bought from them had chairs and after a few years needed to be redone and David advised us to restuff the chairs and recover them. They came back looking like brand new. Was very happy. Unfortunately just under 2 years the leather on the seats started to crack and I called David and he said to bring in the chair. After seeing the chair David honored redoing them and recommended restuffing them so they would come out right. Since we had a problem as always price wise he did right by us and backed his product and they came out beautiful. I believe most other stores would not of helped us after that time period and turned us away. I would highly recommend David and Dinette and Lighting to anyone. They stand for the word customer service. They also have beautiful furniture, fixtures and Tables. David is kind, honest and caring and there work is beautiful. You would not be disappointed at all.
