After much browsing we found the one for us. We asked an associate for assistance and unfortunately it was not in stock. However, the associate called another store to inquire if they had it and they did. We then went to the other store, and the manager had it set up for us by the cashier in a cart. Great customer service. Then we continued to shop and found some other items. We checked out and all was good. At Home seems to have great employees always willing to asset the customers. I find it hard to describe how the place is organized, but essentially every little alcove in the store represents a particular local craftsperson or entrepreneur. Some of my favorites include... * "Ma belle maison," which is a collection of interesting, reasonably priced antiques and decorations (some sourced directly from southwest France). I found a really cool antique pen tray and some North American duck stamped cards that I have framed above my desk. * "Backstory home" has the best seasonal candles I've ever found! The pumpkin bread candle actually smells like the real thing, and isn't too sweet or overpowering. I also bought their Taylor swift inspired candles for my cousin and she loved them! * Not sure if it's "Harbor cheese and provisions" or "Tono's Tabletop," but there is a fridge stocked with charcuterie, cheese, and nonalcoholic drinks that I've bought for picnics in springtime! Nest also has craft workshops that you can sign up for, and pop up shops that rotate pretty frequently.
