Would NOT recommend trying to buy furniture at this business. If they don't like you giving them any feedback, then they won't sell furniture to you!!! We didn't ask them for anything from the feedback we sent them and we were not rude. We just wanted them to know what was going on! We let them know their delivery truck is leaking oil and it made a large mess on our driveway and we even sent them a photo of how it looked after we tried to clean it up. It's about 22 inches square and still looks bad. Plus, they should know it's leaking for safety reasons. We asked them not to park in the driveway again and when they returned, they parked in the driveway and we asked them to move their truck. Needless to say, it dripped more oil in a new place on our driveway! The delivery team claims it's only a couple of drops the size of quarters - really??? We needed to change our furniture order and when the delivery team picked up the loveseat we were not keeping, they hit my grandfather clock with the loveseat and it moved it about 6 inches across the floor and made a dent in the side of the clock. We had told them to be careful by it the first time they were there and then again when they were taking the loveseat out to their truck. Our clock is a prized possession and was perfect before this happened! We also sent them a photo of the dent. The store agent told us that it was an old dent and their delivery team didn't do it - really??? The store agent told us they are cancelling our order for the furniture and sending us a refund and they won't sell us the furniture. We are really shocked by the store's behavior. Wow - what awful customer service! No person or business is perfect and we all get feedback through the years and we should use it to make ourselves and our businesses better. They get ZERO stars for this rating!!! read more

Love the prices and large selection! We have bought things from them in years past and they continue to hold up to the test of time. It is a neat place to go for a date with your wife -just make sure you go in your truck because for sure she'll find something on sale that she'll have to bring home with. read more

Don't buy form this company. They did substantial damage to our walls, door frames, banister , etc when delivering our sectional we had purchased. They have not made the damage whole and are now refusing to fix it. Shameful. They even painted the walls two different colors. I would not recommend the Room Loft to anyone. Go elsewhere. read more

Ordered me a couch, loveseat and bed. They said it take 10 days, about 1 month later I called them and they said they were there and had to wait another week for them to be delivered. It was ok since I was redoing my front room and hung up drapes to get ready for them. The couches arrived and the bed. Love them but less than 2 weeks later my daughter pointed out every time she reclined we hear fabric ripping. My 12 yr old daughter reached back behind the couch to feel what was being torn. As she pulled her hand whatever it was scratched her and she was bleeding badly. I pulled out the couch and there was a sharp nail that had torn out through the couch fabric and the ripping noise was that nail tearing my new drapes. I went back to the store and told them. Now I got to wait for a back of a couch (another week or so) and than schedule someone to come to my home and repair it, not at all thrilled with this at all as I am rather busy and don't really have time for someone to hang out to repair, but I can manage that but I am very put off that 1st I have not made a payment and they r already falling apart. 2nd that I am out $$$ for drapes that I get to replace because of this and the company couldn't care less that I am out that cost as well as I am being put out yet again having to do all this on brand new couches. So at this point I do not really think I will return my business to them as I do not see that they back their products and have had really no empathy on what has happened, which is too bad because they do have nice stuff but if it falls apart in a week than it isn't worth it... read more

always have had good success, but this last purchase made had to be ordered and was delivered but was not the same item that was in the store. contacted the store, and was told there was nothing they would do for us. not sure I understand why, if you order something and you actually get something different they would not stand behind it. actually tracked down the manufacturer and contacted them, and got a similar run around, was told to contact the retailer for the issue. So for me, sorry to say but purchasing from our local store has now come to an end. if this purchase was inexpensive, not a big deal, but was pretty pricey. read more

If you've never been here, you my friend are missing out on this little slice of heaven. To call it a furniture store doesn't do it justice. Come here to buy furniture and leave with inspiration and a vision. And it is so easy on your pocketbook why not take home a few of those accessories you were eyeing throughout the store. I've bought mattresses, chairs, sectionals, a desk and yes a very cute clock that begged to ride home with me. I've bought from here for personal and professional use and dealt with most of the sales people, the warehouse people, the delivery guys and the owner. They are all so nice, you'll be pleased with how well you're taken care of. They treat you like you matter and don't overwhelm or forget about you. What a balancing act right? If you're furniture is looking a little sad and you're searching for a place to go this store is well worth your car ride. read more

Very good selection of furniture! I came in and picked out a sofa and loveseat that I really liked and got to choose my favorite fabric to be put on the frame and chose the pillow fabric. They delivered this for free to my house. The service was really great. Tons of furniture. You wouldn't expect that from a little town like Brigham. I love my furniture! read more
