The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. It has been 4 weeks and I have contacted them about cashing it and they said they would the following day. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't cashed it.

I took the machine in for an inspection. The tech said the pump housing was cracked but the machine was otherwise solid. $65.00 to replace the pump and it is still washing my clothes the machine has to be 15+ years old and works great. Next the old dryer gave out, it had worked for a long time and was due to be replaced. AAS had a reconditioned dryer for $145.00 excellent condition and worked perfect. The technician sold me the dryer and had it loaded into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Been running great for months and I couldn't be happier with it.This dryer now can keep up with the washer!! A super time saver on laundry day! Then some friends told me they were paying $67.00 every two weeks to Rent-a-Center for their washer dryer set. We went to AAS and found a comparable matched set for $325.00 for the pair. The AAC team delivered quickly and helped us get them set and ready to go. They work perfect. The rental place cost would have been close too $2000.00 more to pay for the other units. Visit the store, give them a call. An honest hard working technician that provides the right kind of value needed these days.

It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.
