    Delivery drivers brought the wrong couch today after hours of phone calls and being placed on hold I was finally able to speak to the sales person who wrote down the order. She did nothing but argue with me and told me 10 times that she worked there 18 years. She went on amd on about herself and how she would never order the wrong piece of furniture I finally stayed I want to Tx u a picture of my sectional I ordered she continued to argue with me I sent the picture and she said You didn't order that couch. My mother was with me at the store as we sat on the couch ordering it from this lovely lady who is never wrong or makes a mistake. Now I have a 1500 bill no sectional and a bad attitude towards this place. I am filling a complaint people run from this store and buy somewhere else

    Third time purchasing, but 1st review. I've had nothing but good experiences with this organization. My first purchase was for a LR set and a mattress. When I realized my place was too small for the full LR set, they took the love seat and put it back on the truck and immediately credited my account, no questions. My 2nd purchase was for a kids bedroom and it was delivered and assembled expertly. My daughter loves it and enjoys it everyday. Some folks take issue with the sales floor in the show rooms and the fact that people come up to you and immediately engage you, but they have to remember these individuals work on commission. They are just doing their job. I find it's best to peruse the online catalog in advance, enter the store, and know exactly what you're looking for. Then, the sales people will typically only engage you in what you're looking for. My most recent purchase involved timing, specifically timing it with a home closing, and the store manager helped tremendously. I highly recommend this location...

    Cushion clearly cut too short for the couch

    Let me get straight to the point: If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Rooms To Go thinks it's fine to charge me for their defective furniture.  They're wrong. For months, I've been contacting Customer Service about an undersized seat cushion on an expensive sectional I purchased from them.  At first, they wouldn't even accommodate my request, telling me that the huge gap between the undersized seat cushion and the one next to it (or the sofa arm, depending on which way you moved the cushion) was just a "matter of personal preference" that didn't warrant a replacement.   In desperation, I returned to the store to look at the floor model to see if perhaps it, too, had a large gap between cushions that I'd simply overlooked before purchasing my sofa.  Not surprisingly, all of those cushions were perfectly sized.  Later, they did consent to a replacement, which tells me that the company knows this problem stems from manufacturer error and is not a result of my own "personal preference."  But time after time, waiting weeks between each back ordered delivery, each cushion sent was still cut too short, leaving a gap between it and the arm of the sectional. Once they even showed up with the wrong piece of furniture altogether... When I then went back to the store where I bought the sofa to speak with a manager, I noticed that the type of couch I'd purchased was no longer on display.  Nor is it online any longer.  I believe I know why. An employee from the company recently told me he noticed several structural defects with my couch that could only be caused by the manufacturer.  He said that in these instances, they will typically have a large batch of the same item that is reported as defective, and the company will simply have to keep sending replacements to customers until they get one that's not problematic, if such a replacement can be found.  I think this sofa has been pulled from retail because of numerous complaints.  It's costing the company money, and they're trying to cut their losses. Soon, I'll likely be seeking legal counsel, since Rooms To Go Customer Service now refuses to even put me through to their Resolutions Department to discuss this issue.  Each time that I have called I am relayed a message in 'my notes' from someone that I have never spoken with who says she attempted to reach me and also left me a message - which never happened because I had been awaiting a return phone call for over a week from the last person that I spoke with who said they would call me back. Bottom line - I've been told that, due to the length of time I've now had the sofa, I can select a replacement couch, take a 20% discount and keep the defective furniture, or return the sofa for a refund but pay a 20% restocking fee. I considered a new sofa and visited their website and two different showrooms in my area looking for something new but found nothing that matched my taste, decor or appropriately fit the large space that I would need to fill. Keeping a defective couch is not a suitable option, so my very valid question is this: Who in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars to be able to return a piece of furniture that's a factory defect?  I had no part in assembling the sofa incorrectly and shouldn't have to lose money to be able to return it.  The length of time it's taken to try to remedy the problem rests squarely on the shoulders of Rooms To Go.  They need to own up to their responsibility for the quality and workmanship of their product, refund 100% of my money, and take this sofa back. Donovan made it stress free and very enjoyable. So many lovely choices and his expert advice helped me narrow it down in a timely manner. He then introduced me to Maurice who used his expert design sense to help me pick out the perfect colors/textures for all the fluffy down pillows. I really had fun and that has never happened with any of the sofas I have purchased in the past. No pressure. No rush. Just helping me figure out what would be best for me. That's how it should be. I wanted color, a fun print and a size big enough to fill the space. So I ordered two of the chairs. maybe a little more than I wanted to spend, but they were exactly what I had in mind! Even Hubby liked them, which was a minor miracle since we seldom agree on such things. We went to check out (sorry I forgot the lady's name that waited on us, but she was very nice). They no longer treat the chairs for stains, which was a little disappointing. Of course she tried to sell us a warranty, which I always refuse to buy. The transaction was over so I paid, and she told us that our chairs would be here in two days. I must admit I was skeptical. I didn't believe that it would happen in two days, but lo and behold two days later our chairs arrived. I checked them all for tears or any kind of damage. They were perfect. The gentleman bringing the chairs in and setting them up were great, no issues at all! We put them in place where we wanted them and stood back and admired our new sitting area. Not 10 minutes late. My phone rang and it was someone from Ashley's asking if everything went OK with our delivery. I was very impressed with that. I call that Good service. We will return to Ashley's if we need anything else for our home.

Please find below a summary of events, along with supporting email communications from the past 24 hours. Order Details: * Order Placed: August 24 * Original Delivery Date: August 27 On August 27, the technicians spent approximately two hours delivering part of my order. Unfortunately, the headboard arrived dirty, and we were advised that someone would be scheduled to clean the fabric. Additionally, the side tables and several parts of the bed frame were left behind. We were told that the drawers were broken and that a follow-up delivery would occur in a few days. Since then, I have received multiple delivery notifications (and subsequent cancellations) for the following dates: * September 1 * September 8 * September 9 On September 8, I visited the store and spoke with Robert, who assured me that the missing items were in the warehouse and would be delivered on September 9. However, on the morning of September 9, I received another cancellation notice. When I called the store, I was informed that Robert was out of the office. I then spoke with another manager who was unable to assist and repeatedly referred me back to Robert, who would only communicate via email. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive inconsistent information and no meaningful resolution. At this point, I have requested a full refund and for the items to be picked up. I am now being told that a refund cannot be issued until the items are retrieved--leaving me feeling completely trapped in this transaction. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It has been a significant waste of time and energy, and I am deeply dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled. I intend to share my experience publicly so others are aware of the company's lack of accountability and customer care.

I went to Shaunessy's amazing store during the holidays to find a unique, one-of-a-kind piece for my Mom's Christmas gift. During my 'raising kids' years, Mom and I used to spend countless hours in these types of shops. On weekends, we also would go to Estate Sales to find collectibles for our homes. I knew she would love anything from here. This shop is a place where you will find unique items that eventually will be collectibles in the future, or even now, because many of them already are antiques. One of the things I saw here that was of particular interest, because of its unusual nature, was made by a local woodworker. He crafts fruit holder centerpieces, made out of old oak wine barrels and old whiskey barrels. Use your imagination for the usage on a dining room table, buffet/sideboard top, and even just on the kitchen counter. This craftsman fashions the bent wood into lovely, long, curving and graceful centerpieces that hold and display items inside the indentations he makes in the strip of wood. There were many different styles, some holding 6 or 7 single lemons, spaced about an inch apart, which gave the piece a pop of color. There also were others with 6 votive candles placed in a row. A really unique gift that looks spectacular on the dining table. Speaking of custom pieces, Shaunessy's makes many of them, including 'farm' and other types of tables in different shapes and sizes, and those ever-so-popular custom-made barn doors, which interior designers are now decorating with, for everything from pantry doors to closet doors and beyond. There are two floors of goodies in the main converted farmhouse building (complete with treasure-filled porch), plus two outside "Pish Posh" buildings, which hold lots of outdoor-use treasures, such as galvanized flower buckets. You'll find a lot of beautiful old and newer antiques. Be sure to use your 10% off Yelp check-in offer! Customer service is super helpful and friendly. Total lie. We bought a ton of furniture after losing our home in the hurricane. The recliner broke inside of a year. Store says not our problem - call moto. Moto says - not our chair - call the store. Store says call moto. Then the store figures out that it isnt moto - we have to call another company. That servepro company says its inside a year - call the store. Store says oh - we can send out someone to look at it. But we dont repair it. Once they look at it - they will get back in a week or two to tell the plan - order parts or whatever and in a few months you might get it fixed.
