The only thing that lacks is the shipping. They have a third party set-up which is most of the times very hectic. Also they have some clearance sale on some items like chest and coffee tables which is great. Ample free parking in front of the store. The place is maintained very organized and clean. First time customer of rooms to go on 11/9/25. Service started well at the Forest Park outlet with Breezy, the sales person. The issue began after buying over $600 worth of merchandise. Sale went through and when picking up the one item which it was agreed upon to take the boxed item we had to come back( item too big). My husband's name was placed on the boxed item and when he came back the next day 11/10/25 they had sold it and tried to give him the floor item. How or why is that done? Is there any integrity? What type of business ethics is this called? I don't think I want to ever shop with this company. We canceled the entire order. read more

This store has the absolute worst customer service. It's not even worth the savings to deal with this. They won't check other store inventory, but the other store will. They take forever to give you the merchandise due to a million rules. They don't even say thank you after you purchase. Doesn't have most of what you're looking for, the furniture is cheap and affordable very cheap. Which is a good thing but nothing is what you would really want and I tried getting a table that they had multiple of but they tried to give me one that was missing a lot of screws because it was the last one they had but wouldn't lower the price even though it was the only one with missing screws read more

I never knew there was a Rooms To Go Outlet until an old co worker of mine told me about it. Previously I purchased from a location close to Dunwoody. I went to the Outlet yesterday for a sale that was going on. We were greeted by a salesman named Carl. He was very friendly and informative. He asked all of our questions, told us about the sale and measured a few items for us. We ended up making a purchase( 2 nightstands) but he made the overall buying experience seamless. We will be shopping here again just off of his customer service experience alone! Not sure what days he works but we went on a Saturday. Ask for him if you plan on going to this location. read more

I've been shopping at Rooms to Go clearance centers up and down the East Coast all my adult life. This is by far the cleanest with the least amount of damaged items. I'm giving them five stars because the items are as advertised (about 30% of items have a minor scratch or dent), the store is aesthetically pleasing and the sales associates are helpful, not high-pressure. If you have the budget to afford furniture that will last for generations, this is probably not the type of store you're looking for. However, if you're looking for trendy, beautiful furniture to last about 30 years and are on a budget, this is the place where you can find some great deals. Especially if you have kids or dogs and you know that realistically, your furniture is going to get some wear and tear eventually, and don't mind that. I was in the market for distressed wood anyway, so a few scratches gives my new bedroom furniture character. I am extremely thankful that I was able to get exactly what I have been looking for within my budget. It was a bit of a drive but well worth the money saved. I decided to come in on Saturday, after being referred from a friend because I will be needing furniture very soon, after I move. I really liked the lay out of the Rooms to Go Outlet. There were several living room sets, bedroom sets, and dining sets to choose from. The prices were great. It was hard to find Rooms To Go employees, but the one I found explained that the floor model is basically the item that you receive. I fell in love with a dining room set and chaise style sofa when I visited with my fiance. Unfortunately a lot of the trendier King size bedroom options were marked with a sold sticker. I hope to be able to get all of the items that I really liked (or something comparable) after closing on my home. I will update the review after purchasing to include my opinion on quality and delivery (if applicable). I do want to note that some of the items here have minor defects (missing knob, or soiled mattress, or small scratch), while others have no issue at all , other than being discontinued. I highly recommend for anyone looking for nice furniture on a budget. read more

Good to know that there are two outlet stores in this area (the other one is in Gwinnett Co). Stopped here this past Sunday looking for a sleeper sofa. The employee who helped me was great and informative. My only complaint is that their sleeper sofa options are so slim. Only 2 available the day I walked in. Prices are fair generally. I don't get all of my pieces here but if I am looking for something that I saw in the Rooms to Go showroom or online I may be able to find it here. Great place. Only one drawback, if you're looking for delivery they do but it's not cost effective If you're trying to save money and then have to pay what you saved on delivery. I know that this is an outlet store but the Management was horrible. From the time the furniture left the showroom floor the sofa was damaged because the employees who load the furniture did not handle it with care. They did not care. So I reselected another sofa but this time had it delivered it had minor scratches but nothing visible. I even took a picture. When I received the furniture it was a big scrape and I spoke with the store manager and all he had to say was he could knock $100 off the final price. I went in to this store only twice in my life time. My recent visit was last year October 2018. One of the floor assistance that bring the device on the floor, dropped a slack. The slack cut my feet. I had to go to the ER about it. I have been trying to reach this company for months in regards to my medical bill. No one has yet to return my call. This is poor customer service skills for me. I bought a mattress a few months ago and everyone inside the store was very polite. The salesmen told me I had to drive around to the back of the store to pick up the mattress. An employee was sitting outside on the phone. I ignored her and tried to find someone else to help me. She saw that I couldn't find anyone so she came over, yelled at me and showed me where I had to press in order for someone to come out and help. I called the store and reported it while I was there. Someone came to talk to her but she kept on yelling and the rest of the employees gave me an attitude and laughed about the situation. I will no longer shop at this location. I suggest the store manager reminds EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE that they should come to work with a positive attitude and not letting personal issues impact their work. After about eight months the arm rest on my couch broke call Service they sent a man out to repair it. He tried to hot glue it back together. Obviously not satisfactory. After three weeks when they did not call me back I called them they said they would have to send another technician out before they could replace the couch. Turns out they sent the same technician. Who determined the couch needed to be replaced. Three weeks in between each service call. After they did not call me back for three weeks I called them to ask when my new couch would be here. They told me 30 days. I took off work to be there on The day. They brought me a floor model used couch. I refused it and of course it had a tear in it and had obviously been sitting on the showroom floor and had been used extensively. I immediately called them back to see when they would be bringing my new couch. You guessed it three weeks. After taking off work to be here in the four hour timeframe they give you to show up. With one hour to go they call me and tell me my new timeframe is seven to 9 o'clock at night. I paid 3383.91 for my living room suit. It is cheaply built and I would not recommend anything from rooms to go. Their service is horrible. I was talk to like I was a criminal for calling in and complaining about the service and the quality of my furniture. The man told me it had been in my home for almost a year !
