I felt like a kid in the candy store when i first walked in here. Some of the appliances have dents or minor defects but most of them look excellent! I got a $1600 whirlpool side by side fridge with installation and delivery for under $700! It had a minor dent on the side that doesn't affect the overall look or quality. Most of the items come with the original manufacturers warranty but Lowe's offer additional 3 or 5 year warranty starting at $85 ( depending on price of unit purchase). They also have a 48 hour no questions asked return window for appliances purchased/delivered from this location. They sell more than han just appliances, they have indoor and outdoor furnishings also. Basically anything but plants ... They do have different hours and terms that vary from the traditional store but with these prices, I say that it makes up for it! I recommend looking here for your needs before you make a purchase elsewhere, it really was worth the drive to check it out! I 'm surprised i just found out about this place only recently and I love it !!

    I was so excited to see that they were still in business after so many locations went into…read morebankruptcy and closed down which I was upset because I missed the big sales that they had before they closed down but AnyWho, I'm glad I was able to find this location even though it was a 45 minute drive it was well worth it. My first set of furniture came from here and now I'm a second set of furniture , I'm also looking to purchase from here as well I came when they had a special on memorial weekend which if you spend a certain amount of money you got a free rug a nice size rug at that too furniture is always well worth it and they have great options as far as payment plans and approval plans. Only thing I don't like is that they don't have delivery through the company. They do it through a third-party which after so many miles is $130 to deliver. I will stay with hurry up and look into their own delivery company and charge a decent price.

    We purchased a refrigerator Saturday, December 4th. We were told they have same day delivery and we…read morewould be given an hour's notice for arrival. The first call I received was at 1:13pm. I asked the delivery person how far away was he from making my delivery. He said 30 minutes. I explained that we were told we'd have at least an hour's notice. He said "its 30 minutes to an hour" I explained that I am an hour away and can't make it back to that side of town in 30 minutes. He said he would go do another delivery and come back to me. He called me back at 2:13. During our conversation, we both confirmed that we - myself and the delivery team, was 30 minutes away from my residence. I reach my house and waited an hour. At an hour and 20 minutes I called to see the status of their arrival. He said "I had to switch my route around, but I'm coming, I'm on my way" TWO HOURS LATER they still hadn't arrived - NO CALL or notice of any kind. I call again, no answer. I call the store and the RUDE store manager was very non-chalant like he could care less. He claimed to be dealing with a customer and would call me back after her found out where his drivers were. I never received a call back from the manager. My fiance called and the manager was rude to him saying "just like i told your girl, it's on its way" Is that how we're talking to customers? If you don't care if people buy from your location or not - you shouldn't be in business. Having a business and running a business are two different things. The only reason we didn't cancel our order completely - even after they did a bait and switch - is because my fiance is much more patient than I am and Tia - the saleswoman who assisted us, shouldn't be denied commission because she works with a bunch of rude and unprofessional men. ALSO - why is delivery $90 and all they do is take it off the truck and place it in your kitchen. Had I known that ahead of time, we would've went to pick up the refrigerator ourselves. They didn't set up the new refrigerator or remove the old refrigerator. ALSO this "Delivery Service" is a straight up HUSTLE. They only accept cash app or cash made payable to the driver. I'm never one to knock someone's hustle, but be professional, be on time, be respectful of someone's time. AND don't expect full payment when you were FIVE HOURS LATE. They didn't show up to our house until 6:00pm. My fiance grew tired of waiting - especially since there was no communication of when they would show up and he left to try to get some of his work done. FINALLY around 6:00pm they show up, but no one was home. We didn't even expect them to come at that point since they were so rude. The driver calls to say they're at the residence. I told him, you can wait until one of us gets there or you can leave. So, they left. SUNDAY at 4:00pm, they called to tell me they were on their way. WHAT?!!? Again, no one is sitting around waiting for you to decide to do your job so no one was home. And we had plans of going to pick it up ourselves because the thought of giving them $90 after being inconvenienced and dealing with their rudeness irritated me. But, again, my fiance is more patient and forgiving than I am and he just wanted the refrigerator and to be done dealing with them. They finally arrive, I asked if they are going to hook up the new refrigerator and he said "we don't do set up" I asked if he was taking away the old refrigerator he said "That would cost you $100" I almost burst out in laughter. Sir, your service wasn't worth the $90. I'd be a fool to give you anymore money or time. At that point, I just wanted them out of my sight and house. Save yourself a headache and $90. They are not worth the time, money or frustration.

    My recent experience with Best Buy in Morrow, GA has been nothing short of a nightmare. On July 4,…read more2024, I purchased a TCL 85-inch TV from the Best Buy on Hammond Drive in Atlanta, GA. The next day, after paying to have it mounted by an independent contractor, I discovered the TV was missing essential components: no remote, no power cable, and no manual. Attempts to resolve this over the phone led nowhere, so I drove an hour back to the store. Thankfully, the store manager at Perimeter- Hammond Drive Atlanta GA location, John, eventually located the necessary accessories after going through multiple TV boxes. However, after further troubleshooting at home, the TV still wouldn't power on upon my return from a trip abroad. On June 18, 2024, I brought the TV to the Morrow, GA store for a return. This is where the real nightmare began. An associate named Michael Dennis initially assisted, but informed me the TV wouldn't turn on and claimed there was a crack in the screen. I had never removed the protective plastic, so I was unaware of any damage. When I requested to speak with a manager, I encountered Charmaine, who was not only unhelpful but also refused to provide her name despite repeated requests. Her customer service desk associate Faith also refused to give me her supervisor's name. Charmaine's demeanor was rude and condescending throughout the entire interaction. Charmaine insisted I return to the original store for any resolution, despite it being highly inconvenient for me. After speaking with corporate, Michael Dennis still refused to honor the return policy due to alleged damage. Frustrated, I made the trek back to the original store, where Sabrina finally provided the customer service I had originally expected. She promptly exchanged the TV for an 86-inch LG model without hesitation. Overall, the ordeal I endured at Best Buy Morrow was beyond disappointing. The lack of customer service from Charmaine and Michael Dennis was unacceptable, and their refusal to abide by company policy until Sabrina at another location intervened speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction. I will actively dissuade friends and family from shopping at any Best Buy store and am pursuing further action with senior leadership to address these ongoing issues. I am also sharing my experience online on every social media platform I am a member of to share my experience in hopes to prevent others from experiencing something like this. This experience has been a significant inconvenience, consuming unnecessary time, gas, and effort. Best Buy Morrow has lost a previously loyal customer due to their incompetence and poor service.

When I called from a different number, he picked up immediately. When I confronted him about it, his excuse was that it was his birthday week. I pointed out that his birthday did not stop him from returning a call he did not recognize. It only stopped him from returning mine. He promised to send an invoice and follow up. He did neither. More calls, more texts, all ignored. He came to my property, caused damage, dodged my calls, screened me by number, and then went completely silent.
