Price is good and cant complaint about next day delivery, lack of help or lack of a sales person following me around? ill take lack of help

absolutely love this store....My eyes was on this bed for a while so I went ahead n put a down payment on it. Unfortunately two of the customer service reps that I was quite fond of was terminate. Due to my living situation I wasn't able to get my bed after I paid it off in full but the furniture store was able to hold it for me until I was able to get it . Warning!! I love how this company sets up in less to do areas and overcharge. So I came in to purchase a bed and the sales associate was very kind. She totaled up everything and when she showed me the receipt I realize that the price was not the same as it was in the computer. Of course as a business person the customer is always right in my mind. Especially if it is something that is listed as price. The young lady called the manager of the store and he rudely denied to honor the price tag that they had on the bed. Now I do understand that everything has a price and nothing is for free. In fact it was maybe a $50 difference if that. The issue that I have is that this tag has been on this bed for weeks. This is their way of false advertising in scamming the black community. You're going to pay for what you get. Things break and your warranty is only three days. You will not get a delivery time just answer your phone when the driver call. Honestly stop shopping here. They fired the only black girl who would go the extra mile for her customers. read more

I was in dire need of furniture and found this spot by accident. The sales girl Kyle was friendly and funny and help me out a lot. When the deliver team arrived I had no problems with them putting my stuff together. My whole process was wonderful. read more

If I could give this place a -10 I would. Please please don't not ever use them. I purchased a bedroom set from them last Saturday, they came to deliver it on Sunday. They brought 2 big boxes in my bedroom only to discover that the rest of the pieces were the wrong color. The driver said I will be running to the warehouse to get the correct color. Today is Tuesday and I have not hear back from them yet. I called the store yesterday and spoke to the manager who promised me that they would come yesterday afternoon, I am still waiting. Meanwhile, I have 2 huge boxes in the center of my bedroom that I can not use or set up and now I am being told that they don't know when they can come back out to bring me the correct item. This has been an absolutely awful experience. The worst customer service, boxes in my bedroom, I paid for this and I am still missing pieces of the bedroom suit, the manager is not helpful and basically will not and can not do anything, and the lady that answers the phone is so tired of me calling that she wont even answer my phone calls anymore. Please run, don't ever use this location!!!!!!! read more
