I like the furniture here, and I'm looking for some new things so I decided to try again. The second time I worked with David, who said the piece could be made with my specifications. He took my name and phone number, and said he would follow up with pricing. That was 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I spent many years as a wholesale rep, so I understand how important follow-up is, especially when a customer is clearly interested and ready to buy. The furniture may be beautiful, but after two missed chances, I'll look elsewhere. How disappointing!

This was my first time in the store and the customer service was excellent. The salesman was very helpful. They have a large selection of modern furniture and another plus is that everything you see in the showroom is stocked in the warehouse available for delivery. Unfortunately, they didn't have what i'm looking for, but I did pick up some nice decorating ideas.

I waited only to be called by the driver who told me that he would be there at 6:30 p.m. Obviously, a wasted day because we could not receive our promised table.--, terrible customer service. I wrote to customer service with NO response. Stay away from Modani. They do NOT value customers' time and they do NOT respect their customers.
