If walk-in customers are such an inconvenience, just put a sign on the door. I guess they don't need people who show up ready to spend money. The staff did offer us the option of looking for other options online and having them ship it to us. However if I wanted to order something from Birch Lane or Wayfair, I could just do that in the comfort of my home. I don't need a salesperson to act as a middleman and browse the website with me. I don't know, maybe I'm just not the target demographic for this store. Overall 3 stars from me. It's definitely adequate, it just lacks flair and inventory.

The current in-store Spring Cyber Week special is 20% off all outdoor furniture although today I was inquiring about sofas and delivery policies. This store specializes in several major brands including Mayfair, All Modern, Joss & Main and Perigold. During browsing the staff was informative and not aggressive. They indicated that all purchases include FREE delivery although the current waiting period for sofas are several weeks or longer to arrive. No sale today but will keep this location in my back pocket.
