COMPLETE LET DOWN AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE with Robb & Stucky in Boca Raton!!!…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Solara dining table from Robb & Stucky in Boca Raton. On July 22, 2026, I went into the showroom and looked at the Solara table on display. The display table had scratches, so I decided not to purchase the display model and instead ordered a NEW table. Pablo, my sales person gave me the paid in full receipt showing "AS IS," purchase, although the receipt showed the price of a NEW table which I immediately questioned. Manager Lisa then corrected the receipt, removed (with white out) the "AS IS" designation, and initialed the change to NEW. I paid $2,661 and was told the NEW table would take approximately FOUR weeks. Only ONE week later, on July 29, a table was delivered. To my surprise of the short timing the table delivered was clearly used, scratched, and had a poor finish. I rejected the delivery. The delivery person told me I had purchased the table "AS IS," despite the fact that I had specifically purchased a new table and showed him the manager had corrected the receipt. I was then left without a dining table while waiting for another one. I subsequently received confirmation that my table was ready and delivery was scheduled for August 24. I waited all day, but no table arrived. When I called, I was told it was a computer glitch. I went back to the store on August 25. By then, the same table was being advertised for $2,295, and management honored that price. I again made arrangements for a new table and was told to wait approximately another FOUR weeks. The table was eventually delivered on September 9 TWO weeks after. I noticed a scratch before it was even brought inside and delivery staff noted the same. After the delivery personnel left, I carefully inspected the table and found multiple additional scratches and abrasions, along with hardware/latches that appeared old and showed what appeared to be signs of mold or condensation damage. A Robb & Stucky repair technician inspected the table and documented the condition. At this point, after approximately two months without a dining table and multiple delivery problems, I was offered yet another replacement. I declined. I explained that I no longer had confidence in going through another replacement process and requested a credit instead. On September 21, I was told management declined the credit and would only offer another replacement. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience for what I expected to be a quality furniture purchase. The issue is not simply one scratch--it is the repeated delays, the first table being delivered in a used/damaged condition despite my purchasing a new table, a missed delivery, and then receiving another table with multiple defects. I have kept the receipts, photographs, delivery documentation, emails, and repair documentation. I hope Robb & Stucky management takes this seriously and reconsiders how this matter has been handled. I expected a very different level of customer service and quality control from a furniture company at this price point. I feel deceived, taken advantage of, and betrayed by this company, two times over.

The current in-store Spring Cyber Week special is 20% off all outdoor furniture although today I was inquiring about sofas and delivery policies. This store specializes in several major brands including Mayfair, All Modern, Joss & Main and Perigold. During browsing the staff was informative and not aggressive. They indicated that all purchases include FREE delivery although the current waiting period for sofas are several weeks or longer to arrive. No sale today but will keep this location in my back pocket.
