Not far from the similar proposition offered by Premier Apartments, Arc wins for me due to its even more effort-erasing location - you'll find it easy, the entrance to the lobby up on the second floor of the Arcadian complex. If one of your party's driven, you'll also be able to book a spot on the Acadian car park when you book the room. Of course, all this wouldn't matter if the rooms themselves were rubbish - but, thankfully, for what most people utilising them need this ticks all the boxes. You can choose between one and two bedroom apartments, each one offering a spacious general living room area and a dining table area if you happen to be planning on rustling something up rather than visiting one of the many neighbouring food establishments. The beds are comfy, the decor amiable enough, and there's free wi-fi too - a bonus considering Premier charges. Don't expect a great view or anything (you won't get one) but this is a great option if you're looking to accommodate a large party - spread two groups of four or five across two rooms and you're sorted for a stay!

The rooms are self catering sort of places where you have a lounge area with kitchen fitted with all the essential selections that you would ever need. Beds where too comfortable, probably too soft lots of space to hang and store your gear. At night I could hear music from a nearby bar, I'd didn't help that they where under the building where we where staying. In the week that our group where there the apartments where not serviced once. At weekends if you go out and come in after 11pm there is a guy that stands at the entrance ready to interrogate you.

Stayed for 1 year, hated it…read more The laundry room is ALWAYS broken. Once your laundry is finished cleaning, someone will take it out and put in the bench even your clothes aren't dry. West One has no respect for privacy whatsoever. In terms of maintenance, services are not free. It requires 15 GBP to have someone fix your stuff even your sink is clogged, electricity is not working or there's no heat in the room. The internet has to be paid for. Considering other accommodations have their internet for free, this is deal is so bad it is basically a rip off. The water and electricity have to be paid for. The staff are rude and aren't willing to help you when you ask them for help. The accommodation does not provide vacuum cleaners or any cleaning services, so you have to buy your own. Overall, hated the place.

A while back I had a friend who rented a flat here, so I had a chance to go and see what it was like inside. I remember being really quite daunted at trying to make my way inside, I think he'd given me the code so I could just go in but I forgot it and had to buzz him and it was all a little stressful and confusing - bear in mind that I'm guessing a normal-non-idiot might not find this such a problem... Anyway, once inside the decadent entrance hall - which the outsiders may gaze upon with envy as the foyer is encased in a glass outer shell - I made my way to the sizeable elevator and made my way virtually to the top. Once I'd reached the right flat I went inside. The flat was brand new, very modern and exactly what I expected. The whole space was quite small but not tiny, with a small hallway, two bedrooms, one with enough space for a double bed, the other with space for a bed and cabinet, a kitchen lounge that was separated by a small counter and a little bathroom. The most exciting part was the balcony, from which there was a beautiful view of Leeds. All in all, the flats themselves seem to be very modern, clean, trendy and not without personality - but just not my type. For a very high end rental price you can experience one of the best views of Leeds around, but other than that, you have a cosy flat that doesn't offer up a great deal of room.

I have been with them for almost a year know and when & if I have a problem they try to sort it out straight away however in 1 case where they couldn't do anything as they were waiting for authorisation from the landlord which I completely understood as they explained to me what was happening I believe these guys are very professional at what they do and strive to do there best WELL DONE guys and thank you for a pleasant stay
