The only time my right foot gave me pain was when I was standing on it for hours on end. I bought a Walmart Insole and that seemed to help the pain. I bought the Good Feet insoles but they seemed to have the same effect as the Walmart insoles but cost me $4000.00 instead of 50 bucks. I was told if I went to a podiatrist and got a custom insole it would have cost 800 dollars so to say I'm not happy is an understatement. The fact that you can't return these insoles makes me even angrier. Ia msure there are people who have a good experience with The Good Feet Store but mine has been a nightmare.

I was impressed with the young man who helped me when I arrived for my appointment. He had me do a…read morequestionnaire, took an imprint of my feet while standing and had me try on some tennis shoes for the walking test. He went to the back and got insoles for me to try. The Good Feet system uses three different insoles, and he had me try all of them in the tennis shoe, by walking in the store. He was very communicative with me to assess the insoles. He gave me instructions as to how to use the insole system, when and how long to use each one. I was excited because my feet actually felt a whole lot better while using the insoles in the tennis shoes while walking in the store. My heel pain just about disappeared. Then, the disappointment. I was all ready to do this and buy their insole system. I had no idea what the price would be but I was thinking it would be about $500. I was way off! He did not actually say the price. He just handed me a piece of paper that showed the prices. It would have been $1800! Ouch. I was shocked. I did not buy the insoles. I give a 5 for the service and product and a 1 for the price.

I had been having pains in my neck for a long while. I never sought physical therapy for it,…read morebecause, well, physical therapy in my past normally meant leaving my home far too often to treat my pain with painful, boring, and ineffectual moves. Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. A big THANK YOU to Jena, Maddie, and Jacob of Bratton Physical Therapy for welcoming me to the clinic, and improving my quality of life! I called for an appointment to get fitted for a cuff to stabilize my broken arm and was, basically, able to get an immediate appointment. The office staff was fast, efficient and made me feel cared for from the minute I walked in the door. Mr. Moon and his assistant were friendly and attentive, taking time to customize the cuff so that it fit as well as possible. I had been in constant pain for 4 days due to a bad splint applied in the ER and was at the end of both my physical & emotional ropes. Mr. Moon exhibited a keen awareness of this (a result of his years of experience, no doubt) and what could be done to minimize it, both while waiting for the cuff to be made/modified and during the unavoidably excruciating process of actually putting it on. He offered me water and a cold compress, held my hand and my arm. providing kindness and support that many people would not feel obligated to give a stranger (Lord knows the orthopedic resident in the ER didn't)!. They gave me another appointment for two days later, when my husband could attend to learn how to adjust the straps. Due to my own error, I incurred a laceration & blister 1 week later. Again, Moon Orthopedics to the rescue! I was given an immediate appointment to get the whole thing cleaned up & another modification, to both the cuff and my own maintenance procedures. The whole ordeal of a broken humerus is pretty miserable. Moon Orthopedics made it as pleasant & pain-free as possible.
