She walked us through the menu, gave us suggestions, brought us ice cold beers within 90 seconds of ordering & was just an absolute gem of a hospitality professional. She had great table side banter & once we hit the food coma she got us our check quickly so we could go back to the park & pass out. THE FOOD: We ordered way too much & Bev warned us but we ate Wally B's leftovers cold for 2 days & if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know...everything from the alligator to the St Louis style ribs were DELICIOUS.
