Horrible experience, do NOT use Somera & Associates. My wife got a ticket for going to slow…read more(despite going about 7 miles over the speed limit) in passing lane after passing someone and not being able to get back over to right lane after police office almost rammed us from behind while she was speeding about 90 miles an hour in left lane with no lights on after just giving someone else a ticket. She called Somera & Associates and told her they could fight this for her so we paid them to fight this ticket and they said it would take several months and they would contact us once it was over. My wife had the alternative option of just paying the fee and attending an online driving course to get no points which would have been considerably cheaper. We felt my wife was in the right and officer was in the wrong and wanted to shed light on this and fight it. We never heard anything back from Somera & Associates and forgot about it until we got a letter from a different lawyer stating there was now a late fee and additional fees added because we missed the payment that was due in May after the court case finished in March! This was literally the first we ever heard about this as Somera & Associates NEVER let us know despite it being 6-months later. Now we paid Somera & Associates for absolutely nothing (no points, but would have also been no points in taking the driving class) and now have to also pay the ticket when we strongly believe wife was correct in situation and police officer was not (we asked them to ask to view the police office car camera which would prove the officers fault) and now we also have to pay late and additional fees because Somera & Associates NEVER communicated with us on the result. We ended up paying about 3 times what we would have paid if we NEVER used this horrible firm.

If your goal is to find a professional that WON'T reply to you, then this is the firm for you!…read more I called Jared Namm once and left a message. Nothing. Called him a second time. THIS time, he replied with "I am busy and will call you back." Great. No problem. He didn't. I called a THIRD time and he replied, "I will call you back shortly." Great. No problem. Again, he didn't. So he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look. The best advice I can give you is to AVOID BERMAN LAW GROUP as their qualification criteria leave much to be desired. If all the employees at Berman are like as worthless and unprofessional like this clown Jared Namm, then Berman isn't a law firm, but circus.
