Later, he acknowledged that the issue was an adverse reaction caused by improper administration rather than an allergy. When I requested my medical records to share with my primary physician, I found missing and inaccurate information. Attempts to clarify the events surrounding my treatment were unsuccessful, and communication ultimately ceased after my phone number was blocked.
