Everyone with whom I have interacted there was very nice. Dr. Bene and Ann, his assistant for the procedure and who removed the sutures, are terrific. It is obvious they are very experienced and skillful, and it is easy to feel relaxed there. I have not really felt relaxed in any other doctor's office, to my recollection. And the results were everything I would have hoped. I'm very relieved they are there in case I get another bump or itch I can't deal with myself.

While it is not cheap, it's worth it. You get ushered back to the bathroom to change. You have your own locker that you can put all your stuff in and lock, so very secure. Very nice bathrobe and sandals to put on and then you go into a waiting room. Very calm and serene. A couple of different flavored waters to choose from and snacks if you're so inclined. Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom. I super appreciate that there is a shower. The only downside of massage is having that oil all over you and getting dressed again. Loved the shower - very clean and great towels. Highly recommend and will return!

Kristen really took the time to talk with me about where injections need to be for my anatomy, answered all of my curiosities about what I've seen on fillers, and discussed her recommendations based off of what I mentioned wanting. She is transparent on pricing and really focuses on natural injecting. No heaviness, and my almond shaped eyes didn't become a monolided either after my Botox set. According to US dermatology partners it is nearly $ 500! I have by now spend five (5) hours on the phone (they make you wait a very long time), once even with a helpful United Health Care consultant. We got nowhere. Still no appointment could be made. Frankly, if you need any type of dermatology care you will be better off elsewhere. I have no complaint about the medical expert whom I saw. But I cannot spend the rest of my life wrestling with the office and billing personnel who are the most unhelpful I have ever encountered. Goodbye to US dermatology partners.

I only wanted a simple lip flip and a little Botox for the "11" lines between my brows. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Inness bruised my lip badly, which has never happened to me with a lip flip before. Looking back, I honestly should have walked out when I noticed she wasn't wearing gloves while doing the injections. That alone made me uncomfortable. Needless to say, this was a first and last experience for me and I will never refer anyone there. Never again.
