NO STAR NEEDED!!My…read moremother needed rehab for 3 weeks and within those 3 weeks she was diagnosed with multiple blood clots in both her calves, dehydration, a UTI, horrible treatment from the staff, RN's who wouldn't know their way out of a horses behind, patients screaming from their rooms for help only to be ignored and bullied, uneatable meals, water served out of little plastic condiment containers, unclean rooms, and these are only a few of the our complaints. Oh and they're in the business of making threats if you try to remove your loved one.... yeah nice try. Really? With all of these complaints meanwhile this facility had to pay out over $600,000 because they tried to keep short term residents there longer so that the facility could prop up low patient counts. These patients were clinically able to leave and they did this without any kind of consent from the patient, or their families. They completely disregarded and disrespected their wishes. Shameful. We went there everyday 2 times if not more just to do our best to protect our mother. When the 3rd week was up our Mom was out of that hell hole oh but they tried to keep her. Please if you have loved ones at this facility check on them daily and believe them because I guarantee they're not lying. Thank God we believed our Mom and have pictures to prove it. A name change of a facility doesn't change the filth that goes on behind closed doors, but getting rid of the staff from the top all the way to the bottom could be a start. P.S I had to wait to write this post because they were holding my poor mother's pace box HOSTAGE!!!! SHAME ON YOU

It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.

She is always caring, compassionate and personable. She's always interested in "you"! Most recently my 17 year old son woke up with a severe neck spasm.
