Through training at warriors I have gained the confedence and courage to take on challenging new goals to achive. The Kru's have taught me to live life a more positive way, and it really does make changes. One of the benifits was my body, I can certainly say that I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life! But one thing I have to say is this doesnt come easy or fast. I realize you have to be patient with Muay thai. You cannot learn it in a week or month or even a year. It takes as long as you want to practice to learn. Meaning, there is always something new you can improve on or be taught, so it never gets boring. So whatever the reason; to get in shape, to find disipline and hard work, to feel more positive, or to just learn how to fight...A.W.T.C is definatly to place to get it.
