Mark came out to the property personally and waked and talked me through different options for lighting. He then worked with us on pricing and some options to save some money. He then personally came to install the lighting and electrical himself (instead of sending a third party crew). After a few weeks of enjoying our lights, our rambunctious puppies chewed threw the wiring. Mark promptly came back to the property. He worked with us to re-wire, and illuminate our backyard. Nevertheless I went with the price and agreed on the work. When I came out to check on the progress my entire tree was bare. He removed every leaf and branch on the tree. When I expressed that the tree was mangled he argued that it would grow back in a couple months. It's obvious he does not know how long fruit trees take to grow back. I'm beyond upset and more hurt that he lied about having 5+ years of experience trimming trees.
