I don't know how it happened, but for some reason, on the fifth or sixth call, I was connected with Jose Raudales. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. Jose helped me through the process. He literally helped me pay 60% less than what I was being quoted elsewhere. He helped me find an inspector, and unlike nearly everyone else involved in closing my sale, he called me to update/check on me continuously as the date approached. I own National Air and Heat and I needed to send an insurance certificate to a building so that my technician would be able to service a clients a/c. We were having trouble getting ahold of the Association so they can let us know where to send the certificate to and by the time we got the info Emperor Insurance was already closed. We emailed them anyways hoping that they will send the certificate early the next morning and to my surprise we had a copy of the certificate in our email shortly after. Even though they we closed then must have seen the email and took care of our problem.
