Pretty sure this is revenge for last year. They never sent me a bill and then put a lien on the house when the fees (that I was not notified I owed), were not paid. They gave me the option to protest. So I did. They declined it, so I paid the thousands in fees that accrued, despite not being made aware of them until it became thousands. Three weeks later, I got charged a "protest fee"! Without knowing there was a fee associated with it, and well after it was declined. Very shady and likely illegal practices

She lacked communication from the start, she overpriced my home just to get the listing. Never did a CMA. She mislead me on her commission. She seem angry I did not take her clients low ball offer. I never felt she was working for me as a sellers agent. As I observed her I do not believe she was working for anyone but herself, pushing her under qualified client to spend more on the purchase of my home and pushed me to take substantially less for my home, giving herself the entire commission. I requested 6 times to terminate with her, she finally took my house off the market but is holding me hostage until the end of the contract. I never felt any professionalism from McKeon Corcoran Real Estate. Not an honest company.
