There was only one customer in front of me when I walked in, but when it was my turn, more and more customers started to flow in. I decided upon one E-cig when Sam informed me that there are no returns, so he asked me if i would like to test it. While I tested it, he went on to help out the other customers. The E-Cigarette was non-functional. He returned to me after helping the other customers, and I told him it was a bad e-cig. He then handed me a new one to test out. He went back to help the other customers. This happened multiple times. The next one was burnt; the next one, a faulty encasing caused the e-cig to fall from underneath, hitting the floor and breaking it (I guess I have bad luck). He handed me a new one. He didn't stop until he knew I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire time he was friendly, charming, and was even cracking jokes with the other customers. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service, anywhere. This is THE smoke shop to go to in Tehachapi. P.S: Do NOT be turned away by the several faulty products: the fault falls on the manufacturer, NOT the distributor. P.S. #2: Please don't come here expecting to scam them for multiple free hits of an E-Cig. I had already paid cash when I tested my first one.

Purchased the sour apple geek bar pulse at House of Smokes yesterday, June 4th 2026. I was opening the product as I walked out of the store and noticed there appeard to be lip prints on the brand new, sealed product. I immediately walked back in and showed the shop employee that sold it to me. He acted like that product had nothing wrong with it. He called his manager and was speaking in a different language so not sure what their lengthy convo was about. He did not give me a refund. He swapped it out with ANOTHER sour apple geek bar pulse that also had weird markings on the mouth piece, AND a black dead bug sealed under the packaging. I don't have a photo of the first one but immediately took a photo of the second one when I opened it. I still tried the vape and it had the most chemically taste I can't even put it into words. Got so nauseous and knew something had to be wrong with it. Checked the product code on the geek bar verification website and YEP it is a counterfeit product. Pretty disappointing paying almost $40 for a product that I can't even use. Not sure how this place has such great reviews. The employee was 0% helpful. I was asking questions about the products and flavors and he just stared at me blankly and was not friendly at all.
