I just bought a membership and went in to check out the store and pick up my physical membership card. The customer service counter had a very long line which blocked two aisles. There were only 2 workers and once they finished one customer they left the desk and came back a minute or two later. Once we got to the front of the line the woman who helped was very friendly and helpful. Checking out the store it was very similar to Costco. We were able to find the items we wanted and a couple surprises like Skecher's slip in shoes for under $45. We also found subway like rolls that we had been looking for. The check out lines using a cashier were extremely long. The scan and go option had much shorter lines and we used those.

The store has whole areas empty. I go in every Saturday morning and they are doing remodeling and updating. You have to hunt for the items you are looking for. If you ask for help the workers are just as confused as to where everything is. Not only have they moved the products - they have redefined what product belongs where. In example, the Rice a Roni is in a different row than the Noodle Roni where they used to be together. They have also removed the fish and deli counters and replaced them with all pre-packaged products. There are no longer small sizes of the deli items like Cole slaw and potato salad. You can no longer get thicker cuts of the deli meats. Once it is all done I am hoping it will be better but with the removal of the fish and deli counters it will never be as good as it once was.
